^pwede naman sis. i've noticed it a lot sa mga married female doctors.
Ang pinanghahawakan konrin yung Civil Code and yung jurisprudence. Naging problema ko rin yung LTO and they insist that i use my husband's name. Nagmatigas ako, patigasan kami. Ayan, maiden name pa rin nasa lisensya ko. Hinding hindi talaga ako papayag na isang government agency ay hindi alam na pwede ito.
I am separated and in the process of annulment. If granted, how can I change my name back to my maiden name? All my docs are in married name. May legal process pa ba ito?
I'm curious, have any of you applied for NBI clearance using your maiden name and with civil status as married? Last time I went to NBI, they told me the computer will automatically change your name to bear your husband's surname if you are married. I insisted that I cannot accept it so I was asked to go to head office. For GTers that applied for NBI clearance with your maiden name, what was your experience? Did they allow you to retain your maiden name on the NBI clearance?
