The Saddest Birthday

Mga sis, kelan yun birthday ninyo that you consider na pinakamalungkot and baket?

to start off, mine would be my 22nd birthday years back.
a few days before my birthday my then bf kept on greeting and teasing me for becoming a year older. I didn't have special plans for that day and on the actual natal day ko na, nagpasama ako lakarin ang papers ko sa CHED. Im from the South and he's from the North of MM and since hindi ako marunong magcommute, he agreed. We met somewhere, sinamahan nya ako sa CHED and he was on a hurry. After nun, niyaya ko na sya na maglunch kami kasi nga i want to treat him for lunch dahil birthday ko, he refused kasi may gagawin pa daw sya and hinatid nya na ako sa sakayan ng bus para umuwi na ako on my own. I waited the entire day pero nakalimutan nya talaga and he didnt greet me. I was so hurt at the time. Later on i found may iba pala syang gf kaya hindi ako ang priority. Ngayon natatawa na lang ako pero at that time super duper i cried myself to sleep sa sobrang disappointment.

Mine happened 10 years ago. It's my saddest, until now I'm still not over it. I lost my dad in a car accident on my birthday. First time kong di nakauwi kasi inaayos ko ang thesis ko but my parents back home celebrated my birthday, sinabay nila sa blessing ng new business namin. Since then ayoko na magcelebrate ng birthday ko.

sasama sana ako sa nanay at kapatid ko papunta sa house ng tita ko kaya lang iyong ex ko sabi nya pupunta daw sya sa house at magcecelebrate daw kami ng bday ko. medyo magulo na rin kami noon atsaka matagal din kaming di nagkikita, mga 2 months na. akala ko magiging ok kami.

habang naglalakad kami di man lang nya hinahawakan kamay ko na lagi nyang ginagawa before. tapos nung nagiintay na kami ng fx kung ano anong sinasabi sa akin at minura-mura pa ako kasi ang gulo ko daw kausap. tumambay na lang kami sa baywalk pero di naman kami naguusap. umiiyak ako nun pero di nya ako inaamo. tapos inaya ko na syang umuwi. nag-aya syang kumain pero sabi ko wala akong gana.

pagkahatid nya sa akin sa house, umalis na rin sya. binati naman nya ako pero parang ang cold cold nya sa akin noon. iyak ako ng iyak sa kwarto ko.

after ng ilang linggo nakipaghiwalay sya sa akin.

2 years ago, the first time i 'celebrated' my birthday without my dad.  he died a few months before.

Para sakin ang saddest ko na birthday is iyong last year. My birthday is on Sept 1, namatay ang pinaka mamahal naming kapatid noong Aug 31, at ibinalita lang sa amin noong Sept 1 ng umaga. Noong nalaman namin iyon, di ko na feel na 'happy' ang birthday ko.

my 2008 bday.   kasi namatay tatay ko 2007.

ang tanda tanda ko na but he was giving me cards na yung nasa cover ay little girls pa tuwing bday ko.  i didnt keep them thinking it was so silly that time.


2 bdays na wala ako cards.

saddest birthday probably 2 years ago. ni ho ni ha wala akong ginawa because i had work the next day and i was having a bad first quarter

I can't remember the year. But it fell on a Holy Week. Bawal ang mag-saya. bawal ang pork. lol so ayun bday ko. Pero bawal maging masaya.

may saddest bday was last year... on day of my bday my grandfather died. we are already preparing for my son and my bday celebration when we heard the news... ayon yong niluto namin pinakain na lang sa mga maglalamay.

i think mine was about 2 or 3 years ago.namamasyal kami ng bf ko sa mall ng masalubong namin yung dati nyang nililigawan at todo bati at kwentuhan pa sila to the max.hindi man lang ako pinakilala at tagal kong nakatanga dun.after that, parang walang nangyari e medyo badtrip na ko kasi wala man lang sya naprepare kahit card man lang for my birthday at may mabigat din syang kasalanan sa kin ng panahong yun (involving another girl).hindi ako nakapagpigil e nagiiyak talaga ako to the max.

My last birthday.   Our father died months before.
Inheritance disputes estranged us from our mother.
My husband decided to bring me and the kids for a short trip abroad.  It was fun coz some of my sisters, with their husbands and kids who could go with them...  joined us.
But it was sad, coz  I missed my Dad big-time.

Puro work, tapos malayo sa mga mahal sa buhay. At work naman may mga taong ako na lang palagi binu-bully, may guy pa na sobrang maniac to me. Nakaka-inis. Buti na lang i went back home surprised with a bunch of flowers delivered. At least napa-smile ako kahit papano.

25th birthday ko rin is the saddest, it was last year September 1 ( my birthday ) morning I learned that our beloved brother The Executive Minister passed away, di na kame nakapag celebrate ng birthday ko, I was crying talaga not because we was'nt able to celebrate, but because of the pain of his passing. It was unexpected! He just passed away August 31 2009...

17th birthday. pinahiya ako nang mommy ko, as in sinaktan ako literal. pinalayas pa visitors ko I'm still not over it, but i try my best not to think about it. It'll definitely make me HATE my mother. The reason why she did that? she didnt like my visitors, mga rockers and all.. Emo pa yung iba but I'm only 17.. And they were my friends.. After that incident i Never talked to them(friends) ever again, i was so humiliated.

my 22nd birthday.. i just got out from a bad break up few days before my birthday. and on the day itself, parang may drama naman sa bahay.. away, iyak. nagkulong na lang ako sa room ko. 

i feel sorry for our sisses who's loved ones died on their birthday.

just last year. birthday ko nung pumunta ako dito sa uae. nagbday ako sa eroplano.
