Hello sa inyo..
First time akong gagamit ng gluta.. I've read that nakaka kinis daw ng balat and glowing daw yung mga gumagamit... I'm not after the whitening effect, gusto ko lang kuminis.... Yung ibang gluta na nabasa ko sabi nag be-breakouts daw sila.. What brand kaya yung maaadvice nyo na hindi ako mag break outs... Tsaka how many months para makita yung pagkinis effect... TIA...

personal experience and feedback ang basis ko

1) IVG i assume, kung anong brand, depende sa user, hiyangan din daw talaga yun
2) Tathion 307, i've used this, and i've heard so many good feedback dito, may thread for this, i'm the starter, downside is medyo pricey siya
3) Ph337, never used, pero dami rin good feedback dito, cheaper than tathion 307.

i'd stick with japanese brands, lalo na when it comes to skin lightening, forte nila yun, haha, sophisticated ang technology

tom na sched ko for IVG. first time ko sa I'm really scared. super sakit ba? di ko rin alam ilang cc yung ituturok sakin. sana effective. Planning to take Tathion 307 din para mabilis effect. whew! ang mahal naman magpabeauty! LOL.

 it depends on your skin tone and your activity.If you are always expose to sunlight/heat...but you will see the gradual changes,madalas feeling mo walang effect but people notice,ganun experience ko.

i've been using gluta-white for a week na.. love it kasi its supper affordable! my sis and tita told me na parang mukang mas healthy and glowing yung skin ko... they didnt say pumuti tho,.. kinda hard to tell kapag pumuti ako :/... i have very pale skin kasi... nag gluta ako hoping mawala yung pagka putla ng skin ko. the "glowing" description made me run out and buy a whole box ) i take it 1-2x a day (depende if i feel like it ) + 2000mg of vitC everyday. (2tabs am 2 tabs pm @500mg each) + plenty of water... ( i try to drink as close to 20 glasses a day as i could)

I'm excited to try this KB pero yung trial packlang muna para hindi sayang kung hindi hiyang sakin. Sana lang hindi ako magbreakout dito. Also i saw tinanong na to dito pero hindi nasagot. Ok lang ba kung nagpills ako(birth control) habang nggugluta? Hindi naman siguro mababawasan ang effect ng pills?

I just bought PH338. I was a KB taker before back in 2009 and hardly noticed any improvement on my end. I between NC 15-20 which is already maputi but what I wanted is that kind of glow that you can only get from glutathione.

I bought from her again crossing my finger hindi maginit ulo ko nanaman sa delayed shipment. She has the cheapest PH338 in the market. So I am left with no choice but to buy from her. Because I am cheap like that.

For Glutathione IV, here's my top 3:
1. GSH Detox Forte (1,200 mg plus Collagen) - pagkaubos ko ng 1 box, noticeable na talaga na glowing and clearer yung complexion ko
2. Glutanova (900 mg plus Collagen) - same as GSH detox
3. Tationil (600mg) - double dose ako dito para mas mabilis yung effect. 2 boxes yata before ko nakita yung effect dito

Kaka-addict ang Gluta pag nakita mo yung effect nya. Ang mahal lang nga talaga..  Plus yung ibabayad mo pa sa mag-IIV sayo..
