Used to use the generic type of glutathione and metathione from mercury.. this worked few years back.. nag lighten ang complexion ko.. but I had to stop when I got pregnant.. bumalik ulit ang color ko.. Now I bought PH338 Japan Premium GLUTATHIONE.. and backup metathione (from mercury ulit).. Been taking PH338 for 2 weeks.. wala pang noticeable results.. i forgot pala to take vitamin C together with this para maboost ang effect.. which reminds me to take it the next time..

hi! im a newbie here, and the reason that i joined is because of gluta

i have childhood scars all over my legs na naglighten lang pero visible pa din. i want to try using gluta pero sana un effective and cheap. i tried using met-tathione (the one endrosed b4 by kris aquino) kaya lang naka-1 bottle lang ako d naman effective, tapos ang mahal pa. i wanna have clear and light skin asap!

Recommended daw ang gluta to be taken with vitamin C, sis..

Since 2003 ph338 lang ang natry ko. That time wala pa yatang available na OTC na gluta. I noticed pag nagstop may rebound pero hindi naman totally babalik yung skin color sa dati. Nagstop ako dahil nagbuntis ako sa bunso ko.

^Nagtaka nga din ako nitong huli na nainom na ako ng ph338 parang tumaba ako pero hindi ko naman yun naexperience nung first time.

me i tried it once coz mega tipid ako since ng IV gluta ako, im spending 6k a moth sa gluta

nakow dito ako ng umpisang mg gain ng weight, nakaka stimulate ng appetite talaga, lol

as for the effect i dunno sakin parang MET pa di n ako,,,,

oh no! kung kailan na paubos ang ph338 ko saka ko nabasa na nakakataba.. hindi ko napansin.. but I am not losing weight nor gaining much.. mabuti na lang I am left with few tablets.. i only have 10 left ata out of 60.. I'm going back to Met..

I tried MET before. Di sya puede i-take kapag hindi ako nagbreakfast. kasi parang nahihilo ako. for PH338, kahit hindi pako nagbreakfast, ok lang i-take.

^^actually sis paubos na din kasi siya.. and mabuti na din nabasa ko na nakakataba kasi in the event na may stock pa ako at hindi ko nabasa ang feedback dito from GT, baka lumobo ako... I used to take MET few years back before I had a child..

Hello sa inyo..

First time akong gagamit ng gluta.. I've read that nakaka kinis daw ng balat and glowing daw yung mga gumagamit... I'm not after the whitening effect, gusto ko lang kuminis.... Yung ibang gluta na nabasa ko sabi nag be-breakouts daw sila.. What brand kaya yung maaadvice nyo na hindi ako mag break outs... Tsaka how many months para makita yung pagkinis effect... TIA...

agree ako dito, in my case i dont take it on an empty stomach coz sinisikmura ako eh,

so i hve tot eat first, but i want to switch to tathion , hehe
