^the key ingredients of ivory caps are the same that of belo nutra: ala and vit c. lamang lang ang belo nutra coz it has collagen. not sure how the prices compare though. top 3 effective oral gluta for me: belo, ph, tathion.

Effective saakin dati yung ph338, pero mabagal. Nagtry din ako IVG. Meron binebenta saakin yung pinsan kong Azkal, Max GXL, glutathione accelerator/booster. Mas okay daw kesa mag-take o magpatusok ng glutathione kasi ipa-process pa ng katawan. Yung Max GXL daw, ibuboost nya yung body natin mismo mag-produce ng more gluta, up to 200% daw. Totoo kaya? 4200 din kasi per box, pero at least wala nang tusukan. Kung epek sya, getch ko na ititch. May naka-try na sainyo?
