^^ It's never to late to learn sis.

Tama ka dyan sis! I reserved a slot to a swimming class dito sa PUP. Sa monday na start ko, bibili na ako ng swimsuits today! hehe!

I'm 27 and kebs ko kung ako pinaka-matanda sa batch namin. I want to learn how to swim kasi i think that is the most competitive workout and beneficial  in case of emergencies!  ;D And hopefully my body will tone faster just in time for our wedding on January 2012!  ;D

In my opinion swimming is most suitable exercise for women instead of working out in a gym..
In swimming more body muscles are involved and would help to burn calories..

if you're in parañaque or south area sis, I recommend the pool in Olivarez College.. Huling swim ko dun is 80php. I forgot how many hours pero matagal tagal ako nagstay..

Hi sis, can I go there and just swim? I used to swim before eh gusto ko sanang gawin ulit for exercise na din.

UP College of Human Kinetics is offering summer workshops/ fitness classes which commenced mid of April, I think. And that includes swimming plus the rates are really affordable. If you know someone enrolled in or in any way affiliated to UP perhaps as an employee, connect with that person and you get an irresistible discount.

Swimming is good exercise and we should do it because it has so many benefits. Swimming is considered to be a healthy and relaxing activity. It tones the body and provides an excellent cardiovascular workout as well. Moreover, it also strengthens your heart muscles and improves the delivery of oxygen to the different parts of the body.

hi girls!
question lang regarding swimming equipments... last summer lang ako natuto mag-swim (i attended lessons) kaso medjo matagal na ako hindi nakaka-swim ulit so i plan on practicing again this may. kahit weekends lang. kahit nag-lessons na ako i'm still a beginner. i've never used any swimming equipment such as kickboards or pull buoys kasi hindi naman ni-require nung instructor dati. now i'm planning on buying a pullkick such as the one from speedo: http://store.speedo.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product6_10651_10202_96403_-1_33474_33314_Y_96404 or arena: http://www.arenausa.com/products/arena/accessories/training-tools/pull-kick-board-black.html
meron na ba nakagamit ng ganito? i've seen the one from speedo (sa mga stores nila) but i don't know where to look for the one from arena. meron ba sila store satin? i've checked sa toby's so far wala pa ako nakikita eh.

thanks!
