Sadly, I'm not hiyang sa H&S nor Clear.  I don't have severe dandruff but have the occasional flakes.  I think that finding the right shampoo and conditioner is really key though.  So what I do is just use Nizoral 1x or 2x a week for maintenance, then regular shampoo & conditioner on days when I don't use it.

buti na lang kinakaya pa naman ng H&S and Clear ang scalp ko everytime may dandruff ako.

i've tried a lot of shampoo na and good thing na meet ko ang
CLEAR ICY COOL  (yung white na bottle na my light blue na color ang name) dito lang naging ok talaga ang scalp ko.. try nyo mga sisses.. super effective talaga sya

i am using himalaya.. i am not sure if i like it.. :S haha ang tigas kasi ng hair ko.. there is also sebamed but i want organic.. i might check on hhn..

Same with me sis. I just use conditioner everyday. Almost one month ko din shang gamit pero after a month me flakes na uli.

Now I'm using Watsons Yogurt shampoo. So far ok pa nman after finishing 1 big bottle.

hay naku, dahil sa dandruff, naging manipis hair ko..daming nhuhulog na hair dhil sa kakakamot ko..
kaya gnagawa ko, every 3mos iniiba ko shampoo ko..H&S at sunsilk lang gamit ko..pnagpapalit palit ko lang clang dlawa every 3mos..

ang ginagamit ko for dandruff is yung clear shampoo. pag sobrang itchy ng scalp ko, i use yung clear for men. pero pag normal days lang kahit anong clear variant okay sa akin. ang conditioner ko naman is yung hbc vco conditioner. okay talaga tong combination na ito sa akin kasi pag ito na gamit ko, ganda ulit ng anit at buhok ko.

me too i have this kind of problem. But for me it started when I had my hair rebonded just a month ago.. I tried H&S and Clear but it all didn't worked.
I wanted to try Nizoral kaya lang im scared baka ma sira hair ko... 
ok lang ba to use Nizoral sa rebonded na hair?

^ ganyan din problem ko mula nung nagparebond ako di na ako tinantanan ng danruff. commercial shampoos don't work.

Yung Nizoral ok, nawawala naman dandruff ko pero kelangan every week gamitin. ang mahal pa naman din nito...

HS and clear-one week lang then ayan na naman

my derma told me that i got this because of stress hormones climate changes etc etc.so im using a lotion she prescribed..(dermas habit na)

hi sis! meron pa po nizoral dandruff shampoo s mercury drug store. and it cost P267. but it is on a bottle na wala na kasi yung sachet lang. im currently using it now 2x a week. after the nizoral shampoo i wash it and head & shoulders naman so effective parang super clean ng scalp ko shempre after nagcoconditioner ako para hindi dry ang buhok.

I just found out na may Nizoral na nasa capsule pala. I don't know if kelangan reseta, i'l confirm with my dad. Malala na kasi dandruff niya and i think he consulted a dermatologist that's why.

As for me, H and S menthol endorsed by Angel, Pacman, Richard and Binoe is the best and the most effective for me.

What i do is i apply it generously sa scalp esp sa problem areas and leave it there for like 5-10 min. (no effect pag binabanlawan agad). Also, i don't buy yung sa bottle kasi mabilis mawala yung efficacy. Better yung sa sachet lang kasi hindi bukas-sara after every use.

So far for almost 2 years now di na ko nagkakadandruff except pag di ako gumagamit even for just a few days kasi bumabalik din.So kelangan talaga everyday siya.

Wow, ok ang daming possible remedies here, don't know which to try first! Ang hirap tlaga ng may dandruff, especially younger sis ko, malala case nya!    We tried going to a derma once, she recommended this treatment shampoo called bioselenium ata, effective sana e, from US pa ata [textspeak!] product kaso phase out na daw.    Di rin effective sa kanya Nizoral, sa akin pwede na. Siguro i'll let her try the herbal shampoos and the kalamansi remedy, we'll see..
