^mejo OT sis pero you do not need to get operated if you want to get rid of gallstones (unless sobrang lala siguro? or yun talaga advice sayo ng doc?)..you can try doing a gall bladder cleanse..igoogle mo sis..I have tried this before and the next day you poop out the gall stones

Yes sis momentum, di talaga kailangan operahin as per mga previous gastroenterologist ko.
Di ko nasubukan ang gall bladder cleanse, pero may kakilala ako na natanggal yung stone using that. Magready pa ako, for now, diet muna.    Iwas sa fatty foods.

So far medyo okey na sa akin.
Last attack was mga 3 weeks ago dahil nasobrahan ng kain ng champorado which is bawal talaga.
Pero sinubukan ko ang sinabi ng pedia ng anak ko tsaka base din sa mga nabasa ko about lemon every morning bago kumain. So far, so good.

Ako naman 2 nights na ako hindi nakakatulog ng maayos because super sakit ng tiyan ko, parang may cramps sa upper stomach (pero wala naman ako period) tapos the feeling of going to the bathroom pero no need naman  nagpacheckup ako sa asian hospital kay Dr. augustine ceniza (anyone has experience checkup w/ him?  Reviews, etc.. He was the available doctor that time) and got prescribed omeprazole and eldicet. But even with eldicet may slight pain pa rin. Lifestyle change talaga i guess. Before nagka hyperacidity narn ako then nung naging ok, started eating chocolates super favorite ko kasi.. Then ayan! Bumalik with a vengeance. So sana matreat na toh and ill stay away na rin sa mga bawal!

For those na sumasakit ang tiyan, better na magpaconsult sa doctor and magpa-ultrasound. Ganyan nangyari saken last year. I was diagnosed din with GERD pero ang nararamdaman ko lang that time is yun parang may nakabara sa throat ko pag nagswallow ako though hindi naman masakit and madalas din ako magburp. For 2 years ko rin siguro naramdaman yun. Binigyan ako ng doctor ng PPI and medicines related sa GERD. Then last year of Feb nagstart sumakit tiyan ko. Hindi ako masyado naalarm kasi sinabi ng doctor ko na very mild lang daw yun GERD ko meron pa nga daw na iba na sumusuka pa. So hindi ako masyado nagworry. Nagpaconsult ako ulit sa gastro and asked for medicines. Hanggang sa parati pa rin sumasakit ang tiyan ko and nagsusuka after. I feel relieved pag sumuka na ako. Minomonitor ko rin yun food na kinakain ko baka yun din ang cause ng stomach pain. Hanggang sa naisip ko na baka may gallstones ako ayun nga meron after ng ultrasound result ko. So better na magpa abdominal ultrasound kayo to know the reason bat sumasakit ang tiyan nyo. Nabasa ko kasi sa net same lang symptoms ng gastritis, gerd, gallstones.

Thank you sa thread na ito. I'm going to consult a doctor na din kasi I always burp at laging nag ru2mble ang tiyan ko. Sumasakit pa yung upper abdomen at hindi titigil yung sakit hanggat hindi ako nakakapag burp.

Girls nakatulong sakin ang GINGER TEA. You may also try salabat, yun nga lang may sugar na kasing kasama yun. Pero I prefer ginger tea especially kapag nakakaramdam kayo ng gerd symptoms. Personal experience ko before yung ma-rush sa E.R. every year kasi hindi nako makahinga and sobrang sakit ng tyan ko. Consult your Doctor para ma check din kayo and iwas sa mga bawal na pagkain like coffee, dairy products, softdrinks, oily/fatty foods, even spicy foods. Madalas ko lang talaga kainin nun kapag sinusumpong ako...plain bread, kamote, bananas, apples. Thanks God kasi malaki na naging improvement ng digestion ko ngayon kaya gusto ko rin share what worked for me.

^Salabat is ginger tea. If you make it with fresh ginger and not add any sweeteners, it is healthier. Kaya lang naman nag-add ng sweetener like honey (which is also healthy by the way) is to lessen the anghang.

I have anxiety attack and GERD. These two parang magpartners na talaga kasi everytime umaatake GERD ko, susunod naman yung panic attack. Maybe because whenever I feel dull pain sa chest ko due to GERD, nastestress agad ako and nininerbyos. Anyway, with regard to GERD, eto yung paulit ulit kong nafifeel:

-feels like my food na na stuck sa chest
-dull chest pain
-ang hirap magburp (i force myself to burp, pero bitin pa rin)
-mejo mahapdi ang sikmura

I was prescribed with risek insta and vometa. Anyway, hindi pa rin naman totally GERD free ako kasi nga minsan kinakain ko yung bawal. 
What can you suggest na OTC meds for immediate relief from heartburn and gerd?

baket after mag vomit.. gumiginhawa na pakiramdam ko.. kaya pag inaatake ko ng GERD.. gustong gusto ko na sya isuka.. yun lang sobrang pait ng lasa.. minsan pati sa ilong lumalabas na.. haaaayyyy..

^sis, baka you might want to undergo abdomen ultrasound para malaman ano problem ng abdomen mo. Sumasakit ba stomach mo before vomit?

sis eischied_21. di naman.. yun ulo ko yun unang sumasakit muna.. un sa abdomen d naman.. parang naeebs lang ang feeling... ramdam na ramdam ko un acid umaakyat papunta sa bibig ko... [textspeak!] ang pait... tas un pag naisuka ko na, ok na pakiramdam ko.. nawala na din salit ng ulo ko..

^I suggest pa-ultrasound ka din. Saken kasi before stomach ache then vomit. Pag nagvomit na ako after few minutes mawawala na sakit ng tiyan. Nagpacheck up ako sa gastro then nagpa abdomen ultrasound, yun pala may gallstones ako. Prior to that akala ko GERD din. I took PPI meds kaso wala naman nangyayari buti na lang nagpa-ultrasound ako and nalaman ko yun reason ng stomach ache and vomit ko.

Last week suka ako ng suka and then was dehydrated, confined to a hospital. Diagnosed with GERD. Medyo di naman ako nasurprised actually it explains a lot nga.

Like madalas bloated feeling ko and need magburp, and I feel nauseous din when taking coffee particularly pag hapon. Di pa naman sumasakit yung tiyan ko or anything, it was tolerable pa naman. Ngayon pinagtatake ako meds for a week and so far okay naman, di na bloated ang feeling and also aware na sa mga food and drinks na dapat iwasan.

mga sis ask ko lang how much ang mag pa endoscopy sa makati med? feeling ko talaga may ulcer na ako.
 di pa ako nag papa check-up pero plan ko sa makati med. na lang any suggestions po na magaling na doctor sa gastric.. kahit sa manila area and makati po salamat..

try nyo mga sis kapag sobrang in pain na kayo sa sakit ng tyan due to Gerd i massage nyo yung pinaka center ng right foot nyo kung saan iyon daw ang point ng stomach natin according to accupuncture nakakawala ng pain. i use oil lang or manzanilla and it's effective. sobrang nakakapanghina kapag sumusumpong ang sakit na ito.
