Hi mga sis,

I'm currently working in our family business, SME lang kami, I badly need help in managing / organizing our human resource.

Anyone who can help me, from creating SOP in hiring (direct hire or agency) to firing, then yung mga gov't mandated benefits, and also all the documents needed, mga 201 file...etc.... ang gulo kasi ng HR namin ngayon e...

please mga sis, I badly need help, or baka may mga books kayo na mai-re-recommend, preferably yung pang Small-med. ent.

Thanks in advance po =)

hi sis, hindi naman siya big deal pero questionable lang siya.. kasi there are some people na kaya may big gaps sa employment history is because they were employed then hindi nila ididisclose because of being terminated and etc.

^it depends on your specialization and budget  :D

you may go for: UP, ADMU, La Salle. But if I were to choose among the three, I'd prefer ADMU (for MA Industrial/Organizational Psych)  ;)

^suggestion lang - try to think about this: meron ka bang ONE BIG question about job evaluation or salary structure? if yes, then maybe you can start with that. kung wala naman, you can search / review related lit about that topic -- read articles, journals, published and unpublished thesis and dissertations, im sure may makukuha kang lead. isa rin suggestion ko, meron bang "issue" ngayon sa company ninyo about that? if meron, maganda rin na yun ang gawin mong point of reference for your study, then everything else will follow.

Hi Sisses in HR!

I just wanted to let you all know that should  your company be on the lookout for a complete HRIS system, our company is having en event this October to introduce our very own HRIS system! (Ours is not a new system, we actually already have a roster of known companies in the country).

This event is free of charge, just send me a PM with your email add so I can formally send you an invite.

Thanks and hope to hear from you guys!
