pag na MA kasi sis, maraming reporting, and mas madedeliver mo ng maayos ang reports mo kung you'll site samples based on your work experience. and most of your classmates are working, so mas makaka-relate ka sa mga discussions. :)

thanks sis! matagal ko na din kasi talaga gusto magmasteral eh.
Ay ako din sis, gusto ko ng mag MA sa I/O Psych. But my current work is not in line with that field eh, nasa Financial Industry kasi ako ngayon. Naisip ko rin mag MBA way before, nung di pa ako graduate.hehe. Ang gulo noh?

learned something from my prof sa solair:D

Aside from those who suffered from miscarriage and those who gave birth, you know who else can enjoy "maternity" benefits from SSS?:D

--> those who legally adopted 7yrold and below... they are entitled to full maternity benefit (from Adoption law):D

Sayang naman. Bakit parang ayaw mo na? Hindi ba siya related sa current work mo? Or too busy?

an OT question: i'm a property specialist for 1.5mos and i'm not bound by any contract.

i've been planning to resign for the longest time pero i dont have enough courage to tell my bosses.

is it okay to resign by e-mail and not go to work the day after?

^IMO, I think it would be unethical to do that. Eventhough you've only been employed for 1.5 months, it would still be proper to resign formally, as part of being a professional.

agree! that is not ok sis, isipin mo na lang kung ikaw yung boss at bigla ka na lang makakareceive ng resignation letter on your email, tapos hindi na magpapakita yung staff mo, di ba hindi maganda sa pakiramdam? just have the courage to tell your boss, im sure maiintindihan ka nya.. ;)

sa call center na ako nagwowork at di fit sa schedule ko eh lalo pa ngayon that i got married, di na talaga kaya sa sobrang busy. sobrang nakakapanghinayang talaga kase may educational assistance pa naman sa company namin.

di siya ok sis. although pwede naman kung pwede mong gawin mo, di nga lang maganda sa records mo. pag nalaman pa ng future employer mo to, it may jeopardize pa your chances for that company.

@slumbering: that is not a nice idea sis...tama si sis elarose, imagine yourself the boss tapos bigla kang iniwan ng staff mo,ang pangit ng feeling...the best thing you can do is to submit a resignation letter and give them enough time (2 weeks being the minimum) to find someone who could replace you...kahit gaano pa kasaklap ang experience mo sa work at yun ang dahilan kung bakit ka magreresign, always remember to give yourself a graceful exit.

good to hear that sis.

btw, may question ako mga sisses, meron kasi kaming employee na nasugatan while working. nag-aayos ng bubong then natusok ng something. namaga after a few days ang kamay nya and now, nag-aantibiotic siya. he's asking kung pwede daw sagutin ng company ang mga gamot niya. pwede ba yun mga sis? or may option kami na hindi sagutin?

^yes, its the responsibility of your company to shoulder the expenses. but another option for that would be....ipasok niyo na lang sa sss as sickness benefit
