normally the enrty level position in hr is of course, as hr assistant, then as hr generalist, hr officer or as hr specialist. the next level is hr assistant manager, hr manager, hr senior manager and the highest position is the hr director.

Wow parang ang dali lang pakinggan nung HR ladder...but ang dami pa palang pagdadaanan. I wanted (or still want) to be at least an HR manager sana eh..sana matupad ko pa yun. Im still in my early 20s pa naman. The prob is I don't know when to start, medyo reluctant ako to try..

^ sis, there's no harm in trying naman eh. just try sending applications for an entry level position (staff / clerk). go girl!

i believe the only minimum requirement when applying as hr assistant is at least a psyche or business admin grad. companies sometimes do not require work experience for this position.

what is your course sis, if i may ask?

BA Psychology course ko sis victim.. ask ko lang din, may bearing ba if you graduated with honors? And ano usually type ng exams for HR positions? Thanks.

^ yes sis, may bearing din yun especially kung ang makakasabay mo na applicants are graduates lang...usually mga iq tests and personality tests ang pinapatest. yung ibang companies may essay.

of course, you already have an edge if you graduated with honors. but sometimes, intellectual capacity is not only the basis. you have to be friendly, people oriented and patient if you want to work in HR. in short, personality counts a lot.
