i've tried to bring my son sa Pedia Dentist. 4 yrs old siya at sobrang pudpod na ng mga ipin niya. It's been a week na iyak siya ng iyak sa sakit at mahirap pa, nung holy week grumabe ang sakit. Ang payat payat bigla kase hindi nakakain at nakakatulog dahil sa ipin. Tapos naging iayakin na..

Awang awa ako sa anak ko. ANg bukas lang daw kahapon is 'yung Lapid Dental Clinic sa Sm the block. TApos ngayon pina tignan ko siya sa Tooth Kingdom sa the Block. din. Si Dra Junio ang nag tingin nung lab test niya. HIningi ko ng quote 'yung mga pra sa procedure... aabutin daw ng 50k. Extration, pulpotomy, tapos mahal 'yung anesthesia.

Medyo nabibigatan ako mga sis. Wala naman kaming health card and all.. Saan kaya pwedeng ipatingn na medyo mas mura pero mayos pa din. GUsto ko kase syempre nanay tayo we want the best for our kids. kung puwede lang sa pinakamal at pinakamagaling at affor ko dun ko dadalin. Parang nahahati puso ko pag umiiyak siya eh

Hi. I will be having an appointment tomorrow at Children's Dental Care. My 3yo son will undergo full teeth extraction via sedation. I hope everything will went well. Na quote sa min is 40k. So far sya na cheapest. Will give you update after that. So far maganda pa naman assessment ko sa knila. The place is really nice with lots of toys sa labas

Everything went well. The anaes from st. Lukes.was really cool. Wala atang 1 hour buong procedure for taking out all 20 teeth. I was there all the time.and Doc Angela was very accommodating and helpful. Nakakatakot lang panoorin how they were taking out all the teeth. Kahit pala milk teeth ang lalim din ng roots. I will go there after 2 weeks and I plan to keep her as my son's dentist. Btw, they were so generous they responded to my request for discount

It costs me 21k+ sa extraction ng lahat ng teeth, 3k for sedation anf 9k pf ng anaes.

^oo nga sis. ang mura na nun. Children's Dental Care yata sa Makati 'yung sinasabi niya. Ginoogle ko and Dra Angela Libas 'yung Dentist.( hinanap ko sa facebook)

Yep, Doc Angela Libas at Children's Dental Center. I asked for.a.discount kasi tas si anaes nag charge ng 3k lower than what was quoted . My son is 3 yo and all 20 teeth naextract

^hello sis. Wala daw bang effect ang anesthesia sa developmental growth ng kids? Bukod kase sa medyo mahal na, sinsabihan pa ako ng parents ko na hayaan na lang tumubo 'yung mga agong ipin. Nung panahon naman daw naming hindi kailangan mag-gaganito.

I'm torn kase ayoko nahihirapan 'yung anak ko. Nakakaawa kasi kung paulit ulit eh na lang. Namamayat at sobrang kakaiyak.

Sis sa anaes wala. Try to make some research about it. Ganyan din nangyari sa kin kaya nadelay pagpapadentist ko. Dahil sabi din sa kn ng iba hayaan ko na lang. Pero your instincts will tell you what to do. Lalo na if you hear your baby cry so hard every single night. You'd rather speak with those who specialize on that area. Remember iba kinakain natin dati, hindi pa nga uso ang formula milk. But nowadays different. As working moms hindi na rin natin natutukan mga anak natin. And sad but true, we have to pay for it.

May mga guidelines ba na sinabi ang doctora mo after na mga do's and dont's?

Yes meron sis. If you want pa second opinion ka sa ibang dentists. Yan din ginawa ko. Turned out same impression, pinili ko na lang mas mura
