^^^^hi sis chichi143.. a relative gave it to me.. the deadline for redeeming the gift card was last October 31.. and it's good for 10 visits within 45 days from the time the card's been redeemed..  I attended twice so far..  hope I'll be able to visit 10 times before the freebie expires

^^ hi sis sales_lady..  pasensya na makulit ako..  hope you don't mind, may I know how you did your daily zumba? at home sa dvd/youtube video like you did it on your own? or you joined zumba class at a gym?  I also want to lose at least 10-15 lbs kc and I don't mind doing it at home so long as it is effective.. in case you did your zumba at home, puwede pa share which video you used?  thanks!

You'll find this funny but i started first 6months through zumba ps3.... When i got tired, i bought zumba CDs in amazon.

^ commitment lang sis... Mahirap talaga at first... You'll realize effect after a month... Pag napansin ng mga tao na you're losing weight, mas nakakainspire pa! And then pag nabili ka ng clothes na smaller sizes, sows heaven ang feeling... That's what i use as inspiration... People's comment and smaller clothing sizes...

^i can totally relate to the clothes thing..  nakakawalang gana mag shop for new clothes kc nasisira ang style ng damit..haha..  I'm so looking forward to a........change in lifestyle..parang hirap e-type yan ah..   may I know what time of the day do you usually do your workout?

^ immediately after i wake up and before taking breakfast... So zumba first then habang nagpeperspire, kumakain na ako ng breakfast, after that, bath na then off to work... Exercise kasi releases happy hormones kaya best if morning....

I'm back!! Been going to the studio everyday since sunday. Sumasakit nga lang katawan ko. Nag unli zumba na ako kasi i really want to lose extra inches (not necessarily lose weight kasi hindi naman yun yung nangyari sa akin before).

^Hi sis mamapeew..  saan ka nag zu zumba?  so far, I've attended 5 classes at FF and I also enjoyed them lalo na ngayon, medyo na ge get ko na mga steps but still have a long way to go..

^ studio is somewhere in Congressional Ave in QC. I've attended several classes for almost 2 months pero nag stop ako due to unavoidable circumstances, but I'm back na. The routines were the same, konti lang nagbago kaya parang di ako umalis. you will enjoy it more lalo na nakakasunod ka na sa steps tsaka pagnafi-feel mo na mas nagiging fit ka na and nakikita mo na sa figure mo.

I just wanna know kung meron sa inyong may alam na nagoofer ng Zumba classes in Cubao near Araneta center/project 4?

I checked Tara Gym in Daily, but they're no longer offering Zumba, Dance-aero na ang inooffer nila from M-F 7-8pm for 75php/session.

I hope someone could help. Thanks:)

my brother downloaded the complete set of zumba videos from the internet..i lost 2.5kg in just 5 days! hindi pare parehas ang length of time ng pagzumba ko..minsan 30 mins, minsan naman 1 hour..pero this week nagdecide ako na 30 mins a day nalang..i love zumba! ang bilis ng pagpayat ko..

Ako po nagzuzumba haha. Galing ko na po kumembot at mag twist nung 8 motion. Download Zumba activate/exhilarate video. Ito kasi yung pinakamasayang zumba video session from the entire DVD on my preference.

ang saya nga ng zumba pero mga sis pano ba matatanggal yung mga fats sa likod yung malapit sa bra line, nakakaasar pag gusto ko mag fit tapos bumabakat grrrrr

I'm going to miss zumba.  ako yung super enthusiastic about this exercise. I go there almost everyday but now I guess I have to hold going to zumba for at least 9 months grabe ilang days palang ako nag stop nalulungkot na ako. I might have to settle to brisk walking for now.

 I know this is super late and your well into your pregnancy, but perfect for you would've been Zumba Gold. It's for Seniors but done on a chair. Anyway, hope you've been able to keep moderately active.
