lately, since i've been more into healthier eating, naging salad eater na rin ako.  :)

budgeted salad:
KFC Asian
Bonchon Oriental Crispy Chicken Salad

not so expensive:
Greeka Kouzina's Greek Pita

splurge salad:
Green Pastures, Mykonos } my all time favorite!!!  talagang cleansing salad siya
CPK Barbeque Chicken Salad   } the Rockwell branch (vs Shangri la) is better
Cyma Watermelon and Lamb Salad

out of all the salads, i get the healthier effect ;)  with Greeka and Green Pastures!  maybe it's because of the yoghurt and the freshness of their food.  kung kaya lang ng bulsa, i'd eat there everyday! :)

You girls should try JUJU EATS! It's the best! They have this salad bar and you can choose from 30+ ingredients! Love how they mix the salad. Very well distributed and you wont feel guilty to be finishing a bowl of it. ;)

Just got back from the AANI weekend market and it's time to prepare my salad.  Got lettuce, grapes, mangoes, apples, carrots, cucumber.  Just mix them up then the usual dressing, EVOO, lime and honey.  I really love the weekend market for I can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and may suki na kami kaya discounted pa.  Next weekend ulit.

^gawa ka na Lang para sure crispy every time. Mixed cubed bread (stale bread is better) with olive oil plus herbs/seasoning of your choice. I usually put Italian seasoning and little Spanish paprika. If you want cheesy ones, throw in some parmesan (I just use kraft). Then toast until golden brown. Let this cool down a bit before serving with your salad. Masarap din ito sa soups

^^for nuts, I usually put almonds, walnuts (candied is good), peanuts, cashew
