gustong-gusto ko rin mag work dito but i heard dapat may master's ka para mag qualify sa mga openings.

^ I have friends working there pero wala silang mga Master's degree. Kahit mga certificate for post-graduate courses or any further studies after college, wala sila. Baka depende sa level ng opening?

Back in college, dream na namin magwork dito ng mga friends ko. Until now, dream pa din. Hehe. I'll try to apply though my past working experience is not related since mostly banking/finance/economy/IT ang required nila dito. Good luck sa ating mga applicants!

^^ Yes, they will email you regardless kung pasado or not. Pag hindi, you should just follow up with your contact person.

Nalulungkot naman ako.. It has been two months already since I took the exam (and passed it), pero wala pa silang reply regarding interview.. Though sabi naman sa email that I should have the documentary requirements pag tinawag na ko for interview.. Waaaaaah, do I still have a chance there?

Did you check your 'spam' folder in your email? Sometimes emails from orgs and companies are accidentally filtered to the spam folder.

Sana nireport ng friend mo yung incident. I was harassed din a few years back, but I reported it. Good thing my boss supported me din. I have no idea what happened next sa ladyguard na yun but it feels good to assert yourself or at least speak up if you feel violated kahit saang organization or company ka nagwowork.

Ako lang yata ang di naging happy sa working experience sa adb.toxic yung department na napuntahan ko.kung magaway ang mga oldies,very unprofessional.away trabaho,nagppersonalan and di nahihiya magsigawan.very distracting.super discriminated din pakiramdam ko (i was a contractual btw).1230 lang pwede pumasok sa canteen,pag may nawala e sa contractuals agad ang turo.there was a time na yung pregnant teammate ko,dun sa entrance ng visitors,pinataas ang blouse just to make sure na pregnant tummy talaga at di nagnakaw ng kung ano.iyak si officemate nun.basta ito lang ang napasukan ko na di ako naging happy.bright side is ok talaga tingnan sa resume.

How's the work in ADB? Yung operations assistant ba ay purely administrative functions lang or gumagawa din ng operational support? I've seen the job description kc, iba iba depende sa division. [textspeak!] nakareflect po ba sa post sa website, yun lang ang gagawin mo or mas makla-klaro if may pre-offer na?

I have 2 more interviews this coming week but two different divisions. Both are Ops assistant items but different job descriptions. Nag-iisip ko if I'll pursue the interview sa isa kc parang purely administrative functions ang nakalagay. I am used to work kc more on technical aspect. For your guidance and advise sana.
