^^ Walk me through your CV, yes they made me do that too. Gusto kasi nila malaman yung work experience nung applicant and kung prepared ba sya to take on the role that he/she is applying for.

Hi sis! My friend and I applied for the same position in the loan and grant division - "Financial Control Assistant" to be exact.  Is there a possibility that both of us will be hired (assuming we passed all the interviews, exam and eventually be included in the shortlist)? Thanks!

By the way, I already passed the exam. I'm scheduled for a panel interview next week (2 foreign seniors and 1 Filipino).  Would you know the duration of the interview?

Gosh! this is my dream workplace! lol! I am pretty contented with my work now, but I want to try ADB baka sakaling maswertehan ko.

Same here. Ang ganda pa ng location ng office nila. Tabi ng SM Megamall at malapit sa bahay namin. haha. May pag-asa kaya ang Public Administration students dito? Or Econ majors / BA people dapat

^ADB does not hire fresh grads, at least have a 4 to 5 years of work experience muna before ka apply

wala bang position dito for fresh graduates? kahit assistant lang or any entry level job? ADB is my dream workplace pero ayun nga, for the higher positions dapat 5+ work experience tas preference nila may masters. I graduated naman from a reputable school, if that will help.

entry level usually at least 3 years experience (parang underfill, but this is not the usual practice), they require talaga at least 4 years experience, no fresh grads

May pag asa ba makapasok dito ang isang US university graduate? sabihin naten ang course nya is AB Philosophy with a minor in Government and Political Economy?

i think so, diverse ang field ng mga employees dito, di ibig sabihin na just because it's a bank, accounting lang hanap try your luck, just make sure you have relevant experience na rin
