@bellevi: hi sis. di ko kilala yung HR. i applied online lang, then i got en email saying na mag-eexam ako. tapos ayun, tuloy-tuloy na. try mo rin sis, hiring daw sila eh. actually, 3 posts yung inapplyan ko, basta ok at pasok ako sa requirements, nagpass ako.  in the end, sa isa lang ako pumasok.

hi sis! pwede kaya magreschedule ng exam, finally kasi nagrespond ang HR ng adb sa mga inapplyan
kaya lang the problem I cannot take a leave on the schedule exam kasi I am due to submit month
end reports. Hay ang tagal ko hinintay tapos di naman ako available.

hi sis! buti naman pumayag. the exam is ok. pressured ka lang talaga sa time, so answer as much as you can. yung sa computer, as long as marunong ka mag-excel and word, you'll be safe. good luck, sis!

^yup, quick lang sis. baka less than two hours pa. my first week is ok. still adjusting, buti na lang wala pa masyadong work. natutuwa ako, marami silang clubs!

around how many interviews usually? and in initial interview, is it technical interview na agad?

^ in my case...5 interviews. first with an hr staff, 2nd with an hr panel, and 3 more interviews from the user department (one each from the national staff, international staff, and the division director). yung last 3 interviews ang technical. but this was way way before pa ha....as in 11 years ago! ...so baka nag-change na. i guess the number of interviews would also depend on the position you're applying for. 

you may want to ask mylittlesipofcoffee as she got on board recently lang.

Holy Moley! 5 interviews! Ang dami pala. Pero sa bagay, after seeing the salary scale and benefits posted here, its worth it. Congrats to Mistykaye_p and mylittlesipofcoffee for getting in this org. Maganda talaga magjoin ng mga orgs na ganito kasi you know you're set for life and the finances of your family are secure.
