Wala na raw regularization dito? Lahat contractual na lang daw. Is this truelalu??? Balita ko sa friend ko na parang may certain year in the past (nakalimutan ko na exact year) na nagstop na sila for regularization and from then onwards, puro contractual hiring na raw sila??? 

it is true na some of regulars pina-early retirement nila pero these are mga positions like drivers, messengers etc..

pero admin assts are still regular staff

not necessarily tax-free, hindi lang siya nakakaltasan agad ng tax dahil hindi siya subject sa law ng Phils.  pero kung good citizen ka    file ka pa rin ng ITR at magbayad ng tamang buwis.

yes, they are requiring i think at least five years of experience in the field you are applying at.

Sis, Sales? Wala.. The only selling meron is concessionaires sa cafeteria or coffee shops and at max eh yung sa PIC (benta ng ADB souvenirs)..

^yes, we have our own IT department (we call it Office of Information Systems and Technology), mga regular staff lahat dun. there are other departments din within ADB na me mga regular IT officers.

pero marami ring outsource from various private IT companies, we call them contractors...and they are being supervised by the regular IT staff.
