Wala na raw regularization dito? Lahat contractual na lang daw. Is this truelalu??? Balita ko sa friend ko na parang may certain year in the past (nakalimutan ko na exact year) na nagstop na sila for regularization and from then onwards, puro contractual hiring na raw sila???

^^Maybe not, because my friend's colleague, na-open na yung position nya (consultant post) kase she's being processed for a regular post (by May).

Meron parin.  My husband used to be a consultant for ADB when suddenly a permanent position opened up.  He applied and fortunately, he got the post   Though he had to forego the flexible work schedule, di hamak na mas madaming benefits ang regular employee of ADB.

i sent an application here before. nag try lang ako although hindi ganon ka-competitive yung qualifications ko. i just tried my luck and this is my dream company. i was called for an interview, panel interview. I prayed and prayed na matanggap ako. the interview didn't turn out well. kabadong kabado ako. lahat yata ng questions nila hindi ko nasagot ng maayos hahaha.  naiyak ako pag-uwi ko sa house coz I know hindi ako nkpasa, i was really disheartened.

but looking back, mas grateful ako sa work ko now.  i got a better job now w/ also the same benefits. God has a better plan for us.

i have two friends sa HR ng ADB. yung isa recruitment pa. nahihiya ako magpapasa ng resume kasi in the 1st place, di naman nila ako inaalok.

hi just logged in again after many months. clarify ko lang po, am not an accredited editor ng ADB. I used to be a consultant there hired directly as individual consultant. now it is our organization who has projects with ADB.
