Mga sis pink toes just texte me that they are offering a dance fitness class for 300/session or 2000 for 8 sessions, today is the trial session for 150pesos. Douglas Nierras daw ang ISA sa mga trainer ... I think ok na din ito kasi malapit Lang sa amin

^ if i may address your Q, they have dance/fitness classes like belly dancing, jazz funk, hiphop, Yoga, and music lessons aside from the ballet classes. Btw, they offer a separate class of the latter for adults too. I think there was a previous promo pa nga that when you avail a ballet class for your kid, you get an adult ballet trial class for free.

I tried flamenco dancing at Centro Fundacion Flamenco. Okay lang kung medyo matigas katawan. Matigas din katawan ko eh.

Tapos very sensual pa na may kickass attitude. You can look at some videos of Flamenco sa youtube. Look for the dancers like Celina Zambon, Maria Pages and Sara Baras. O kaya yung street flamenco lang.

Sa QC to sis dba? Yung pamangkin ko kasi nag enroll ng ballet class dun. Quarterly yata yung bayad sis. Medyo mahal din siya.

meron bang mga dance schools/studio dito sa south? hehe. i super love dancing pero since i started to work, natigil na. matigas na nga yata katawan ko.

gusto ko sana un hiphop lang or striptease pwede hehe...

Me too sis. The last time na nag dance ako was last Month. i want to join dance schools/studios again. Saan ka banda sa South area sis?

^^ Cavite ako sis. Sa may Imus. I am also looking for a ance studio sa Makati area or sa Imus. Basta pasok sa schedule ko. Sa Makati kasi ako nag wo work. Kaso, so far puro sa QC yung mga nakikita ko e.

bought a voucher, 1 month unlimited classes at Movement Dance Studio, Union Bank Ortigas is my preferred branch and so far I have tried almost all their dance classes

Pole Dancing - instructor namin si Teacher Ciara Sotto. Aside from being so hot, she's awesome, magaling siya magturo and magmotivate ng tao para ipush yung sarili nila to do the poses. Magaganda yung mga poses na tinuturo niya. Actually kapag dinedemo nga niya, parang ang dali lang eh. pero pag gagawin mo na, ang sakit pala. tiis ganda lang. this challenges me kasi sa mga matagal nang nagpopole na nakakasabay namin, parang chicken lang sa kanila. 3 persons in a pole, pero for me okay lang, kasi kung tuloy tuloy siya, siguro mukha na kong isang malaking pasa na tinubuan ng katawan.

Cardio Striptease - enjoy din ako dito lalo na kapag si Teacher Stanley ang nagtuturo. Ang galing din ng mga steps niya, enjoy and tatawa ka pa lagi sa mga sinasabi niya. hehe

Belly Dancing - pag si Teacher Lani ang nagtuturo, tagaktak talaga ang pawis ko. Once ko lang natry si Teacher Lala but I think she's great too. I don't like teacher Joean's steps. more on hands, eh BELLY dancing nga eh.

Belly Pop - mas pinapawisan ako sa Belly Dance compared to this, but usually kung sino naman ang instructor sa Belly Dance, same din dito

Diva Hiphop - si teacher Stanley din dito so somewhat pa-sexy din. sadly, wala nang diva hiphop class this month

Zumbastic - teacher Doi surprises me kasi naging teacher ko din siya sa ibang studio and hindi ko masyado gusto yung performance nya doon. but sa movement, magaganda yung steps niya and tagaktak din ang pawis ko dito..ang dami kasing hops and jumps

Jazz - si teacher Doi din ito. one thing I can say, Jazz is not for me. hehe parang Ballet pala ito with several extensions.

Hiphop Zumba - my first instructor, si teacher Russell ata yun (not sure) well okay lang siya, but I really prefer teacher Denis. modern songs and modern steps. napakakwela ng mga tinuturo niya. super enjoy talaga! Sana ibalik siya sa Union Bank Ortigas.

I will yet to try Sexy Jazz pa lang this coming week pero sabi ng mga kasama ko who have tried it eh almost similar to striptease din daw.

sulit na sulit ang 1500 ko dito for one month. may nagsabing pumayat daw ako, and sa sarili ko parang nafeel ko nga din yun. naging stronger din yung arms ko..feeling ko dahil sa pole dancing.

^ naging teacher mo si teacher Joean sa belly? kelan?
when ka nagstart? kakatapos ko lang ng 1month kanina. pero kasi may 2 days kami walang pasok in preparation nila for recital and the recital day itself. so extended ako hanggang tuesday

wait sis, bakit ka may extension? kami rin baka may extension? nung may 24 siya yung nagbelly dance at belly pop sis. tinamad ako eh. naging teacher ko na rin siya sa ibang studio kaya yung Waka-Waka niya alam na namin.. nawalan ako ng gana mageffort, nasa likod pa man din niya ko hehe
