When I first got my Clarisonic I used it for three nights straight. Naging raw ang skin ko, ang hapdi! I could only use physiogel cream then.

So I used it 2x a week lang. Then later every other night na. After about two months, I started using it every night at wala nang problem, hindi na raw ang skin ko. I really think Clarisonic has helped make a difference in the clarity and smoothness of my skin now. Of course other factors were at play too, like I'm now using a serum aside from my moisturizer, and I have switched to a new line of skin care products. Pero tingin ko talaga nakatulong sya.

The MIA is a good choice.  You can use both the face and body brushes on it.  Easy to bring on travels too.

As for the use effectiveness:   Great,  at 1st
Your skin feels soooo clean... saves time too coz,  well, lesser time to clean off your face

BUT after about 6 months, napansin ko ang dami kong warts!
IMO, using the Clarisonic hastens the spread of warts.

Family/friends that once used the Clarisonic and now no longer do so  for the same reason (although marami pa rin din continue to use it)  -- regret stocking up on brushes (sayang).  PM anyone?  hehe

wow that's scary. so far i havent noticed facial warts yet from using my mia, been using it for 2+ years already. what I do is after each use i take off the brush head and wash it with bath soap and bring it to dry in my window. next time I use it I sterilize it with boiling water and wash it thoroughly again with soap. i could really get too paranoid with the brush head but hey, with a pimple-prone person like me I want anything I use on my face ultra clean.

the claim on clarisonic is it is not an EXFOLIATOR but I think it hastens skin peeling/renewal especially for people like me who's on a tretinoin/any keratolytic regimen.

my clarisonic mia is one of the best products ive ever purchased, you should try it. my only issue is the brushes are too expensive since I seem to wear them out in just a month (clarisonic advises to change brush heads every three months).

Me also, I swear by Clarisonic...I havent experience any warts though...I hope I dont get it also.....I'm also OC when it comes to cleaning my brushes but I remove the brush head weekly na lang. Though I let it dry talaga after every use before I store them again so as not to have molds or mildews in my brushes...yuck haha

But otherwise, I'm a satisfied Clarisonic Mia 2 user.

^if you want basic cleansing with one speed go for the Mia. It's also so travel friendly. If you want naman the body function, and high speed setting with timer control go for the Plus. Although I leave my Plus whenever I go out of state because it's a bit bulky both in my bag and the bathroom counter.

I have the Mia, Plus and recently got the Aria. I love using my Mia more than my Plus and it's been going for almost 3 years now, like I said if you're wanting one for the pure reason of cleansing the skin the Mia is still a wonderful choice.  ;)

Mas gusto ko Mia 2 kasi mapipili mo kung low speed o normal speed. :) You can check Clarisonic's comparison chart here: http://www.clarisonic.com/shop/sonic_skin_cleansing_systems/sonic_skin_cleansing_system_comparison_chart/

i bought Clarisonic Mia last September. I used it for 2 weeks and sadly i had cystic acne. Ang sakit sakit niya. So i stopped for a month and started using it again last week. Now i have acnes again and mas marami! I don't know if it's because of using it or because of hormones; my period  is due this week. I will try using it again after my period for the last time but if same result I might sell it with my unused replacement brush.

Sayang, i have high expectations pa naman. My skin kasi is very dry at madalas namamalat. Nakatulong talaga Clarisonic with exfoliation but i'd rather have a dry skin than acne  :(

any update sis?
