Makiki share din mga sisses...I also have this problem after my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy. Even after ko na manganak napagkakamalan parin ako buntis lolz.

After doing research online, tips from family and friends, eto ang mga pwede gawin para mapaliit ang malaking tummy: Avoid eating to much white rice, white pasta, white bread and white sugar,  more on veggies and fruits high in fiber.  Minimize or avoid fried foods.  If no choice and kakain ng rice, dapat breakfast lang and 1 cup lang, lunch and dinner minimize or avoid altogether.  Do a little cardio in the morning BEFORE daw mag breakfast - emphasis on the light cardio kase naman baka mahilo hilo ka (ex. walking, a little running maybe, walk the dog).  After eating a heavy meal, avoid sitting down, stand up lang muna for about 30mins.  Drink lots of water and best to totally avoid softdrinks.  Don't skip meals.  Wear rubber binder para mas pawisan sa tummy area, the best ito if nasa gym.  Drink a teaspoon a day of Apple cider vinegar, can mix it with some water with a bit of lemon juice if hindi nyo ma take yung bitter taste ng vinegar.  Try the coffee scrub on your tummy area or massage slimming oils.  That's it! :-)

Ako naman gaito rin. Almost all of my fats are stored in my tummy and arms. Wala akong problema sa thighs ko. I do cardio.. push ups.. burpees.. etc.. Sabi kasi nila.. the fats that are stored in our tummy are toxic fats which are called visceral.. that would make us to have a high risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes etc..

Hello mga sissies..
Just want to share this something I heard from a fitness expert.
They say jogging or cardio is still important specially if you're just starting out on your weigh loss.

If you want to lose your big tummy, you can't do sit ups right away. Kasi daw po sit ups build muscles and does not lose the fat. So kahit magkamuscle ka sa tummy pero nababalutan ng fat ang tummy mo, wala pa din mangyayare. So it's better to shed the fat first by doing cardio, jogging, then if there's less fat na sa tummy, you may start working on the muscles na..

Hope that helps  :)

hi everyone... i have the same problem but the biggest problem is I can't do the diet thing because I'm thin, at di mapagmamalaki ang tummy ko. i gave birth last year at CS pa ako. if i do crunches, sasakit yung na-CS part sa akin.. so what do you think is the best thing to do para magkaroon ako ng flat tummy? TIA!  :)

Help! I really want to lose that annoying excess tummy fat I have. Hindi naman ako obese. 120pounds ako, medium built, 5'2, and 20 yo. Gusto ko ma flatten tummy ko or lose an inch or two sa waistline. I'm running (treadmill) every other day using C25K Program. Diet wise, di ko alam gagawin. Help?

^ sis I'm also trying to be fit and get rid of my tummy but here are some of the things you can do:

1. Cut the usual amount of food you eat into half. Sa una mahirap, just try to eat slowly and drink water before your meal. Pagnaubos mo na food mo, tayo ka na kagad sa table hehe para Hindi ka na ma-tempt to eat more. Give it 2 -3 days and your tummy will get used to that much amount of food nalang, well for me it's working hehe. you'll be surprised too that after those days pass at napasobra ka lang Ng konti dun sa half na food na nakasanayan mo na, mararamdaman mo busog ka kagad and masakit sa tyan hehe

2. Cut your fried food intake. If you are used to eating fried foods everyday, cut it in half din, if sanay ka na 7 days in a week may fried sa food mo, gawin mo nalang 3-4 times until mas konti pa dun. Hanggang sa gradually lessen it to 1x a day, then gawing 3-4 times a week nalang until kaya mo na 2 or once a week nalang. The more you workout, the more you'll feel like not eating unhealthy foods kasi sayang pinaghihirapan mo sa workout mo Kung binabalik mo din naman diba? Hehe

3. Eat more fruits and veggies and lessen your fat meat intake, damihan mo nalang sa fish and wag lagi fried, try steamed, gisa, mat sabaw or whatever. Basta more fresh foods like salads, simple stirfy veggies, and lean meat

4. Malaking bagay talaga ang rice sa pagpapataba hehe. If you cannot eliminate much of it, then try mixing red rice with your white rice pagnagsasaing kayo, gawin mong Half half each, half white half red. Until gradually pure red na or better brown rice .Sa ngayon, mix mo nalang muna red and white, kasi mabigat narin yung red, it is healthier pa

5. Drink lots of fluids and healthy juices. Exercise more, wag Lang treadmill . Try to do cardio, mag download ka from YouTube, I wanna try Jillian's workout, there's a separate thread about her vids, you may want to check it out.

6. Try strengthening and a little bit of weight lifting too. According to my BIL who is an exercise fanatic, the more muscles you gain, those muscles will help you burn fat, even if you are just sleeping. You don't have to be buffed naman eh, just fit and stronger, and it takes years of weight lifting before we girls can achieve yung buffed look like those girls na mukang Amasona hehe

7. Eliminate junk food and sodas and sweets, or at least lessen it.. Self Control lang yan hehe small amounts lang

Research ka na what else can help. But it's what you put inside your mouth that's the real big factor here. And movement

another thing... pasta, corn and bread are also no better than rice...

some women avoid rice but eat a lot of the foods I mention and wonder why they can't drop those pounds and inches

-TRUE! they dont know that 1 slice of bread is equal to a cup of rice. haha! :D

Okay lang ba sissies, kung mag sit ups agad? Six months na since i gave birth na Cs. Di rin ako kasi gano makaexercise kasi nga, ako nag - aalaga sa baby ko. Siguro sa food na lang muna ako magcconcentrate. I really hate this tummy, including the scars caused by stretchmarks.

Buti may nakita akong thread. Anyway napansin ko medyo lumalaki tummy ko. Hirap ng ganito. I mean i cant wear fitted na masyado kasi nakikita ko tummy ko medyo malaki. Nag ggym kasi ako then inistop ko. Then now biglang takaw. Parang biglang taba rin ako. Kaya ang gagawin ko na lang less rice less softdrinks less sweets na talaga then sit ups kahit paunti unti.
