^^ thanks sis. dapat nga aattend na ako today, nung friday ko pa na-plan yung karma class kaso naman gusto ko sana may makausap muna. and baka naman mamaya packed. i need to know if i need to bring my own yoga mat and towels or para siyang sa pulse na they provide everything. sis, maybe you can send me info about their prices. alam ko lang kasi is yung unlimited nila for first time joiners. may 10-session pass ba sila like sa ibang yoga studios? I prefer that kasi over the monthly unlimited. TIA!

^ Hi sis, usually they are packed every 8pm Tuesday class. First time mo lang ba to attend a bikram yoga class in Makati? I believe they have this introductory session unlimited for 1 week, 1K sya. They also have there yoga mats and towels for rent. P40 each. I suggest you bring na lang your own yoga mat and towel. Para makatipid ka. Will PM you their Rates. :)

thanks sis h0n3ysuckl3! I am done with my yoga trials and I am back to Pulse, I like their facilities and the range of their classes talaga. The only problem is accessibility pero mas ok na yun kaysa naman I have to go to Makati extra early or stay in the office to wait for a class that starts at 10am.

By the way, is anyone here connected to Yoga Manila? I am concerned with the way they handle inquiries. So unprofessional, I was turned off big time. Maybe there's someone here at GT who can address my complaint.

sis twinkletown: 10-session pass lang kinuha ko, kasi 2x a week lang ang kaya sa schedule ko. if kaya mo naman mag 3-4x a week, sulit yung unlimited, esp because madami silang classes. i guess sila yung may pinakamaraming class offerings in a day.

sis h0n3ysuckl3: sila yung pinaka-inaccessible in my opinion pero i set that factor aside na kasi like ko talaga yung variety of classes that they offer. hassle lang talaga pag walang car like me. :( saan ba office mo? maybe we can see each other sa mga classes kung mag-pulse ka. they have free saturday trial sessions pala.

Hi Remilicious,

Ask ko lang, Gusto ko rin sana sa house lang mag try ng yoga. Can you recommend any good yoga dvd. Nakikita ko sa thread, puro Makati area. Ang layo sakin sa Fairview. Plus, I'm trying to save up but still wants to exercise. Patanggal stress lang ba.
I'm reading your answers sa yoga mat, makapagcheck nga sa weekend ng magandang mat at ng makapagsimula na.  :D

How much po [textspeak!] slow flow yoga sa yoga manila? is it easy to follow?

I think someone posted the rates of Yoga Manila already. It's P3500 for a 10-session class card. Madali lang sundan yung Slow Flow na class. I didn't have any yoga experience (or exercise for that matter) prior to my first yoga session last year. Pero ngayon mas nagagawa ko na yung mga poses. Ok talaga ang benefits for me! Plus the Makati studio is near my workplace rin.

the 10-session pass is 4000 pesos, good for 60 days. same rate din if unlimited monthly. Once lang yung free trial pwede i-avail. Sa makati it's their saturday afternoon classes 1:30 and 4:30 that are free, sa greenhills, there's one in the morning and another one at 4:00 pm.

I am planning to attend Saturday next week pa, busy ako this weekend eh.

^^ no need to bring your yoga mats. meron na dun. towel na lang na panglatag sa mat, although may towel na din sila dun.

^Pulse is in Mantrade actually, not near the CBD, doon siya banda sa other side ng Mantrade going to FTI. It's near Chrysler motors and Nissan Mantrade.
