my PT is done. my god. i did not lose any weight and i even gained fat mass. haaay i dont even eat a lot ha. i eat my normal meal same as before a started FF. so meaning i should lose weight because i added exercise in my routine.

haay im trying to do my own routine now. sayang ang 24k ko. i felt robbed. i work out Monday to Saturday ha. sometime even on sundays. ganun ako kasipag. but nothing happened.

its depressing. I wanna get another PT but gusto ko money back guaranteed. So if ever you plan on getting a PT check nyo if may napapayat na ang PT nyo. They would always say na its your fault when ur not losing weight. but then the credit goes to them when they are losing weight. dba? Maraming PT na lumalapit saken asking me if i lost weight or anything. coz seems like walang nangyari saken e ang sipag sipag ko naman mag workout.

for example, 60 seconds rest period between exercise, sinasabi mo ba kung pwede mamaya na

^^ masipag ako mag work out. Its more of mag break ka muna then may kakausapin sha. Pupuntahan or magcecelfone. But as told by person x to me. That kind of weight is for guys. Kung gusto mo lumapad. For me since toning lang ang gusto ko. I should not be lifting heavy.

As for the diet plan. I was not given one. Binigyan ka ba sis?

After the training d man nga lang ako binigyan ng program that i can follow on my own.

nzuri,

naku palitan mo na yan trainer mo. dapat naka focus lang sya sayo. better if you can do it on your
own. diet plan, minsan nagbibigay sila pero better if you do your own research na lang. saka do not skip meals.  ditch the soda and
SSUN rest day. tandaan mo iba ibang tao, may iba't ibang
body types. what works for me may not work for you.  if i were you, ask the trainer about
proper movements and forms of different exercises for each body part tapos gumawa ka ng sarili
mong program.  do not give up, sayan na invest mong time and effort sa gym. ituloy mo lang yan.
isa pa, yun weight trainign myth na heavy weights will make you bulky? di totoo yun kasi baba ka.
kelangan mo ng testosterone and supplements para maging incredible hulk.  mas madaming muscle
tissues mas madaming calories na nasusunog.  saka try to change your routine every 6-8 weeks.

do not rely on them too much. yan natutunan ko sa kaibigan ko na addict sa gym.  hope this helps.

@nzuri sis, how do you eat your meals?  Hindi porke nag exercise ka papayat ka,  I remember when I started with fitness first I change my diet plan walang diet plan binibigay ang fitness first pwera na lang kung concern ang trainer mo sa kinakain mo (kusang loob in short)  they have nutritionist which has another fee...if you want to loose weight you need to consume around 200-250calories only per meal

I will give you a sample:
MORNING  5am 1 glass (8oz) milk around 100cal
7am 2 pcs slice bread around 200 cal
9am half subway sandwich around 300 cal no dressing
11am the other half subway sandwich around  300 cal no dressing
                1pm  crackers around 150 cal
                3pm  yogurt around 110cal
                5pm workout
                7pm yogurt/fruits/tuna around 200cal

If you want to loose weight always remember stay away from the following:
                 oil - 1tbsp 125cal
                 dressings
                 processed food
1 cup of rice 200 cal

This is my diet plan before, I started at 128lbs after a month I'm 120lbs pero wala na akong diet plan ngayon  ;D

sis what branch ka?

i would suggest using myfitnesspal also in addition to the exercise - it's food diary and calorie counting. can be accessed online or iPhone/Android app. i've only been going to the gym max twice a wk for an hour lang but i lost na 10 pounds in 5 wks. the calorie counting majorly helped. you can eat pa rin, but smaller portions. basta you'll make better decisions sa food intake.

and best of all, i don't feel as if i've deprived myself. :)

Make sure  sis na totally terminated na contract letter with confirmation na na received will be the best kasi maraming case na FF na continue pa rin charging nila eventhough pinaterminate mo na yung service. Ingat ka sis and monitor credit card statement. try mo search gano talamak ang FF sa unauthorized credit charging ang fitness first.

hi! ask ko lang paano magcancel or terminate ng membership sa fitness first.. do i need to write a letter or something? TIA! =)

First not Fitness First he he he..

Ask the receptionist, and make sure you write down the details and the person who gave you the information.

yun nangyari sa akin, almost 2 years na ako member, so tapos na yun lock-in period ko. and during the time I applied for the membership, ang sabi sa akin basta matapos yun lock-in period, I can terminate anytime. My mistake was that I didn't read the contract.

The time I want to terminate my membership na (I asked the receptionist), sabi I have to wait for a month kasi daw ganun ganyan. Hindi ko na masyado pinakinggan.  Naisip ko, sige, mag work out pa rin ako for 1 month, tiisin ko na lang.

I came back to the gym on the exact date when I can terminate (like what the receptionist told me). I provided 2 copies of my termination letter. One is my copy. The other is ff's. They signed my copy naman. Tapos meron silang form na I have to sign din.

So far, okay naman. Knowing the reputation of ff, kapag ccard ginamit ko, baka they're billing me up until now.

sa amin din sis. well, sa home club namin pwede. kaya lang nila nieencourage na credit card yung gamitin, para walang hassle kung sakaling hindi makapagbayad ng dues. may mga case na rin akong nakita sa lobby ng ff clubs na pinupuntahan namin na nagagalit si member kasi hindi makapasok kasi expired na yung membership for the month or hindi pa sila nagbabayad ng dues nila, tapos wala silang cash na dala. in the end, card din yung isswipe nila.

it depend on your account. there are memberships kasi na may lock in na 1 year, meron ding 3 and 6 months. lock in means hindi pwede iterminate within this period. that's why there are some who are selling they memberships if they cant use anymore. better ask your membership consultant.

to terminate naman, you just need to send them a letter of cancellation and why you are cancelling.
