Sis, may PT na ko- Frances Estrella (guy sya- rcbc platinum). Okay naman sya coz sinusulit nya talaga yung 1 hr session namin. Kinuha ko sya for strength training coz I can do the cardio exercises on my own. So far, so good. Magaling sya magturo kasi i de-demo at ie-explain pa nya sa yo bakit yun yung pinapagawa nya.

Mga sis na FF RCBC, punta kayo later kasi anniv. May retro and body jam from 6-7:30pm. Masaya yung retro.

Hi Sis! It would help if you would read the thread about Gold's Gym. I haven't tried GG but I'm happy with FF Platinum RCBC. Okay ang facilities at enjoy ang mga group exercises. Kaso yun, I heard GG has pole dancing and zumba.

I just availed of 1 month membership (brochure type, pumunta yun sales rep sa office)
it is super cheap (1000)

I used to work out sa gym namin sa building, but i stopped din. I used to be into running, but i stopped din. My rationale is that kasi free, di ko namamaximize. And yeah, sa gym namin, usually you are on your own lang e

naisip ko if i paid for it , masakit, i need to maximize

plus i got sucked in sa free 1 hour chocolate scrub massage, free steam room and sauna.

may 2 free PT sessions, pero papagawa ako ng workout plan sa SpS and PT kong friends nalang. I have a good friend sa SpS who told me na huwag magpa-PT don because nga super mahal, she will just make me a plan and give me a demo para i can do it on my own

Problem ko lang is most probably mga 530 na ako makakarating don. Ano anong oras ba ang madaming tao sa RobPlace Manila??

hello sis rhumbafrapp,

usually po after ofc hrs marami na tao sa gym, sa rob manila din kc ako madalas pumupunta...halos punuan ang threadmill from 5pm til 8pm, even mga classes punuan din...ang maluwag lang po ay sa morning though wlang masyadong classes during that time.. hope it helps.. =)

^ normally afternoon maraming tao sa robinsons manila but due to that promo kahit umaga medyo madami na. But they are open from 6am-10pm mondays-sundays. Sayang naman yung PT sessions if hindi mo gagamitin. I've been going to robinsons manila for quite sometime and honestly maraming magagaling dun, yung PT ko ang daming clients in 1 days halos lunch na lang ang break niya. About sa PT fee ng fitness talagang mahal pero sulit naman for me siguro dahil magaling talaga yung PT ko pero it's really up to you marami namang pumapayat and nagiging macho na sariling sikap lang nasanay lang siguro ako na may PT hehe

Hi! Is it true that one of the requirements to avail FF packages is to have a Credit Card? Pang safety lang daw nila? I refuse to pay using CC coz I've heard and read a lot of bad experiences like kahit nagbayad na in cash, nakakaltas pa din sa CC. And once na nag file ka ng report, matagal daw bago maibalik.

I'm interested in enrolling sana kaso yun ang isa sa nagpipigil sa kin plus not to mention pa yung sales person nila na parang masyadong pushy, hard sell yung dating.

^ ok ang facilies sa Rob manila and spacious siya dahil ito ang pinakamalaking fitness first sa lahat but yun nga yung mga mats luma na hehe...pero may bago ng mga mats ha color red!

Yun nagpamember ako last 2007 or 2008, it's not required. Pero as in PIPILITIN ka nila magccard. They'll ask maybe you can borrow your sibling's or your parents' credit card kasi mas meron discount daw etc etc. E I read the forums before applying sa ff, kaya alam ko mga kalokohan nila. I refused talaga. sabi ko, cash lang meron ako. Ayun, pumayag din.

^additional info din. yun nagbayad ako ng cash, I paid yun 3 months in advance (3 months lock in period ko kasi) na membership fee, at least meron din sila assurance na hindi ako biglang tatakas sa monthly due if cash bayad ko. Tapos after that 3 months, monthly na ako nagbabayad. Kasi after that 3 months, I can terminate na anytime

^Grabe naman yun, Sis! Ask pa nila na manghiram ng credit card sa iba. Tapos paulit-ulit pa na sinasabi sa akin na for safety lang daw yung gamit ng credit card. True nga na sobra pilit tapos kesyo one-time promo lang daw tapos makikita mo pa dun sa face nung sales person na nanggigigil na para lang ma-close hahaha! sobra na nga diin nung pag encircle niya dun sa price na dapat i-pay. Ang alam ko ang packages ngayon ay yung 4 months and 12 months. Yung 12 months nga ang sobrang ipinipilit nya sa akin and didn't even bother to discuss yung 4 months. Kung hindi ko pa ask, hindi pa explain. Pero after konting explanation, balik na ulit sya sa 12 months. Tapos nung bigay na yung quote, pabulong niya sinabi. Yung tipong hindi dapat marinig ng mga katabi namin. I'm having second thought on FF. Sayang kasi maganda ang equipments kaya lang nakakainis yung tao and yung mode of payment. Siguro try ko sa ibang branch, baka sakali mas 'tamed' yung sales person hahaha!
