I have two, never read it. I didn't bother lang siguro. Sulit yun bodyfirst bcoz of the free PT sessions lalo na pag newbie ka para may introduction ka na of what you will do pag wala ka pa PT. Ma wawaive naman yun as long as ma meet mo yun number of visits. If you can reach that sulit ang bodyfirst, if not pag isipan mo muna. I think content nun books is mababasa naman sa health magazines, even in the internet. Hope this helps.

sino nakapagtry na sa rcbc sa hapon ? kainis dun meron bading na senior na pero di naman sya  instructor usually sa unahan sya lagi nakapwesto pag body jam or body pump pero he acts as if he's like an instructor pupunta sya sa place mo pag nakita nya medyo iba posture mo , then he will correct you, ok lang sa kin kung close kami or instructor talaga sya. ginagawa nya to in the middle of the class and kung sino-sino talaga ang nilalapitan nya.

Sis.. chubby ba itetch at nakasalamin???

^I know him too! ;p Ganyan talaga siya sa mga bago. IMO, the best way to handle this kind of situation is to ignore and just keep doing your thing, especially during dance group exercise classes. Pwede siguro with the exception of Body Pump classes kasi importante din malaman paano yung tamang pagbuhat. He's actually nice once you get to know him. It also took him awhile before he stopped giving me snotty looks during dance exercise classes. Napapagod din naman siya sa kakaganon. ;p Don't be discouraged mga sis. Diba? :) Pm niyo ko mga sis para I'll introduce you to him. I'm relatively new and we really don't talk much but maybe I could help in some way.

Another tip, pag bago ka stay na lang muna sa right corner sa likod. Hindi ka niya masyado mapapansin doon. That's what I did before. And I don't join body pump pag alam ko aattend siya. hahaha Carry lang yan mga sis! :)

Special ang RCBC di ba? Hindi lahat pwede dun? Sayang yan pa naman pinakamalapit sa akin. Mas mahal ba sobra dun?

It's platinum.  Hindi lahat pwede dun if they only availed of the blue membership.  For the first month, i paid 4500- joining fee, admin fee and body first.  They waived my 1st month of monthly fee.  Succeeding months, I would have to pay 3800 a month.  I availed kasi of a 4-month membership lang eh.

Laid back din yung atmosphere most of the time. Aside from that gusto ko yung shower rooms kasi pwede ka na din magbihis sa loob kasi may patungan ng bag. Sorry for making kuwento pero favorite ko talaga kasi doon. Kaya kahit mas mahal I'm still willing to pay. P3,500 siya per month, pag one year membership.

Sis sway716, I wish I could answer your question but I don't have a PT at FF RCBC. I only know Allan, one of the PTs because he approached me once. They all seem good naman. Ayaw mo sis pumili depending on your budget? hehe  No offense meant, kasi pag ako, since I don't have that much money, I will ask for a new one kasi relatively cheaper ata rates nila.

Thanks sa replies, sis cheaca and sway! Actually di pa ako member, but I availed of the biggest loser voucher and if I like it, tuloy tuloy ko na sana. How much ba sa non-Platinum?

Sis I think yung Blue Club (non platinum acct) is P2800 monthly.

regular prices i think P2700 for home, P2900 for passport. when you sign-up you pay admin fees. check kung ano yung mga kasama sa sign-up kasi ako i removed a few things like bodyfirst (or bodystart, am not sure) because i just wanted to go to the GX classes. also, ayoko na ma-bentahan ng PT sessions.

try to look for a branch na may promo for lower rates na passport.

If you're already a member of FF, you just have to join the class.  Group work-out lang naman yun. Masaya! Tuesday 7:30AM yung 1 sa sked nila dito sa rcbc
