check out dealgrocer.com every now and then, they offer fitness first vouchers for first timers para you can check out the gym first before becoming a long time member

ok lan ba iturn down yung offer ng PT kahit first time mo sa fitness first? hindi ka ba kukulitin, we just joined FF yesterday, at may free guide lan kme khpon from the PT, but I'm not really interested on having one, 1mo trial lan din naman yun, hehe, kaso prang nkakahiya na hindi mo kunin yung offer, hays

^they are open from 6am to 10pm mon-sundays if i'm not mistaken.  1 hour lang naman ang workout for you to shed your extra weight. If you really need it , it is really worth it.

Help naman mga sis.  I paid 2 months cash sa FF last January for 4 months contract.  Hindi ko nagamit kahit once ang membership ko, even makuha yung ID di ko naggawa kasi shifting yung schedule ko sa work na nagstart lang din nung January.
Now, kinukulit ako ng agent na may 2 mos pang di nababayaran.  I plan to call the main office kung pwede pakiusapan na di ko na pay yung remaining months ... pwede kaya yun mga sis?  Advice naman po.  Thanks.

^ ang alam ko you can cancel but pay for a termination fee, if before end of total period. but if natapos na, by default you're obligated to pay. baka you can double-check the contract.

^ Hi sis! I also availed the same. sana naman magka result na this time. I'm originally from GG pero di ko nagustuhan facilities nila. Pero nagkaresult naman nun kahit na DIY lang yung routines ko. Since yung sa deal with FF ay may kasamang 3 sessions ng PT and personalized ang routine, sana mas maganda ang results.. :) Need to lose super daming weight para maging Bora ready sa Sept. :) San branch ka mag aavail sis?

^once you hit the gym you can go anywhere wala namang tickets if mag dancing,yago,sauna bath,steam bath basta naka proper attire ka you can join.

^I'm a member of Rob manila but sa june pa ang balik ko =) and mga 8-9am ako nagwoworkout
