i really need this. for some reason i can go on for a week without having any bowel movements this is the reason why i pack pounds easily.

try it sis! for me, okay siya kasi constipated din ako eh. ginawa ko 3 days before my session, nag carrot/celery/cucumber juice lang ako. then 4th day, colonics. sarap!

hi sisses--pardon for being rude pero please do not rely on c-llium fiber as it will slowly erode your body's natural ability to move normally over time,,,google fiber menace and see for yourself.

The best way to induce bowel movement for me is the ff:

Do the VCO bowel + lemon detox.


Take 1 tbsp virgin coconut before eating lunch and dinner.

Squeeze two lemons on a glass of water every day after waking up. Do this for 1-2 weeks and witness your bowel movement normalize without the dependency of psyllium husks.
