sa mga naka try na post naman po ng procedure. meron kasi sana sa Palwan nung dun pa ko base kaso natakot naman ako sa kahihiyan nung sinabi ng mom ko na may part ng procedure na may ipapasok sa butt. totoo po ba yun, minsan kasi si Mama malakas magpasa ng wrong info.

As part of my surgery prep naman before, enema ata yung tawag sa ginawa sakin. In tagalog, labatiba? It was nasty.. @_@ but served its purpose I guess.

I think hydro colonics is better than labatiba kasi may machine na gagamitin so everything will be more comfortable.  Usually nurse naman gagawa so I think ok lang din siyang gawin.

Around how much would it take to do 1 session?

I inquired last time and the consultant was saying it is a treatment that needs to be done 4x ba yun kasi may maiiwan pa rin sa colon after 1 session?  May colon irrigation machine sila?

I tried Clearstart, it's a detox that you undergo for a month. Way cheaper than colonics, and kitang-kita ang results sa toilet

Clearstart pala is something you take in    I'm very interested with colon irrigation talaga, may machine na siya that cleanses the insides already parang most people including myself would be more inclined to have something like this para no need to frequent the restroom
