Your Ideal First Date

What is your ideal first date? Where would you want it to be? How would you imagine your date (like how ka niya susunduin, lalagyan ka ng blindfold etc?).

dati, my ideal first date ko would be somewhere in antipolo or tagaytay, watching some shooting stars while talking. tapos he would surprise me with flowers..so ideal di ba ;)

so far, never pang nangyari sa akin ito. suwerte mga girls na nagkaroon ng date na ganito.

Through the years I have learned that the ideal first date which works for me is having a drink or two at a bar preferably at 9PM.

Why 9PM? On a first date I would only want to spend 2-3 hrs with a guy because it's just a first date. If we like each other we can always have a second date. If I don't like his company well at least I only have to put up with him for a short time.

Why in a bar? Well because it's a bar and it's in the evening, it's the perfect excuse to wear something sexy or something which flaunts your curves. It's a little bit weird to show some cleavage when you're having a lunch date.

Why a drink or two?  Well if we are going to have a full meal then it's hard to wear something body hugging dahil lalaki yung tummy mo after the meal di ba.  Unless of course you will be wearing a babydoll top or dress.

going out for a cup of coffee always works for a first date. cause if you both like each other you can always do something else afterwards like maybe go for a walk on the beach or watch the movie. dinner/lunch is too long, going out to a bar for a drink might give them the wrong idea, doing something fun like going to carnivals etc is not good either because you will barely get to talk to each other. through a cup of coffee, you can discuss what it is you are both looking for and get to know each other better.

actually i had a lot of picture of how my first date would turn out. unfortunately through the years i discovered that ideal date does not matter anymore so long as it happened at a perfect time, in a perfect place, and with a perfect someone. when i say perfect, it's when your heart keeps on jumping and smile on your face never fades.

No ideal date or scene in particular. Just as long as we get to know each other better where we can talk and laugh. No pretensions, no putting our best feet forward. :)

Dinner sa isang first class restaurant...and the works!  ;D

It might seem normal pero im in London now eh. So im hoping yung date na we are dressed to the nines, yung usual date na nakikita ko sa movies. Let's face it, nako-corny-han yong mga Pinoy to do the chivalrous thing. Yung opening of doors, pulling up a chair, violin playing on dinner, flower petals, yong naka-blindfold ako, etc.

I mean, it seems so normal here. Kasi ang mga Pinoy, as far as my experience goes, they may have the money but they hate to dressed up and exert effort.  ;D

my ideal date is he'll of course pick me up even if he doesnt have a car..kahit public transpo ok lang as long as may effort na sumundo. then do something fun depende kung ano common interest namin. eat out then spend some time talking and laughing. Sharing one's experiences and ideas. sobrang cheesy! lol

My ideal first date is meeting up for coffee and if you're both having a good time, proceed to dinner.  Always, good conversation is a must.  That's actually what happened on my first date with my husband. :)

My ideal first date..(which I think is never gonna happen na  ;D)
- The guy comes to our house with a bouquet of pink and white roses to our house, meets my parents, have a quick chat with my Dad while I'm having my last minute preparations, he brings me either to a park or at the beach where we will just spend the day chilling out and get to know more each other (discussing our interests, etc).

ay gusto ko yun parang "hanging out" session lang. ayaw ng masyadong pormal (dinner, wine, the works - nah) or we can just go out and see something interesting (museum, planetarium, basta we can do something interesting together)

Went beach camping with a new guy. He made sure I didn't lift a finger. Siya nagdrive, set up the tents, prepared the food, everything. We spent the entire afternoon deep-sea fishing then just told stories all night - by the shore, under the stars.

Not really "ideal", but it was one of my favorite dates. We didn't end up together, but that's perfectly fine.
