Your Ideal First Date

of course, this has never happened kasi i've only ever dated my first and only boyfriend, and we've gone out as friends for ages before we actually became a couple (immediately after which was out first breakfast/date as such). but, here's what i had envisioned back in college:

i don't know how the rest of the day plays out, but i'd like some grocery-shopping in there somewhere. and then we'd go to his or my place or somewhere out of town (basta may kitchen yung place where we'll stay in) tapos we'll cook together and have lots of fun doing it, joking and fooling around. then we'll have eat for dinner yung niluto namin (kung pangit yung lasa, eh di pa-deliver na lang, pero hopefully magaling sya magluto) and drink wine and talk for hours until we're tired.

I used to think watching movies were the best first dates. But as I grew older, I realized the best ang coffee dates. Why? Because hindi ka pressured to wear something uber nice. You can wear something casual without looking underdressed. Pero the main thing I love about coffee dates is that you really can talk and learn more about each other. Unlike pag dinner, parang nakak-conscious to eat and talk that much. Baka mamaya may something na pala stuck between your teeth. That sort of thing. Hehe.

Actually, yung first date with my boyfriend right now was over coffee. After that night, gumaan yung loob ko sa kanya at napadalas yung getting to know namin sa isa't isa during coffee dates. We'll be on our 3rd year this coming October.

I always thought na magandang magdate sa amusement park. Dun kasi kami naging close nung crush ko dati. Pero okay lang sakin sa arcade. Chos! Haha. Di naman choosy. 

Mas gusto ko lang na yung hindi ako magpapakababae kapag nagdate kami. Ayaw ko ng hindi ako makakagalaw ng maayos, ayoko sa mga mamahaling resto kasi di naman mag-eenjoy. Mas gusto ko na manuod na lang ng concert sa date or bungee jumping. Taray ng ideal date! Haha

Casual date lang para no pressure. Saktong kwentuhan lang, snacks/lunch... I want to be as comfy as possible on a first date.

Ideal first date.. I guess a picnic in a windy park will do. Yung tipong pwede akong magpaka-cowboy without being too conscious. Yung tipong mapapakita ko sa kanya how fun of a girl I am para siguradong may 2nd date pa.

My first date with my present partner was a very very corny coffee date at starbucks. The good thing about that is that nagkaron kamj ng time magusap about maramjng bagay. And well, on our 2nd date, we were alone in a hotel up north. Alam na. Hahahah

my ideal first date is to watch a movie first (kase i'm a movie addict e) and eat/tambay/kwentuhan somewhere na hindi mashado matao at maingay. i mean like dun sa coffee shops or park. kahit umupo lang sa bench, then dun magkkwentuhan. and para na rin magkakilala ng lubos.
