hi mga sis im bank again.. magaapply nako ng tourist visa pero may questions pa ako..

1. im a first time applicant so DS-160 ang ififill up ko right?
2. im now unemployed but i have bank account na malaki ang laman kasi ginagamit ng mom ko.. for sure matatanong ako nito bat may malaki akong pera.. is it ok na sabihing straight na my parents use it for the business? (sakin lang talaga nakapangalan ang bank account)
3. i have different accounts in different banks.. do i need to present all or [textspeak!] may pinakamalaki nalang? also [textspeak!] bank statements past 6mos talaga?

i am overjoyed right now.. we had our interview this morning.. 6:30 am.. i just got home.. approved kami ni baby ko!!!! (renewal ako, new application ang son ko) Glory to God talaga.. sa mabait na consul kami napunta.. he just asked about my last US visit and how long, kung ano job ko, kung kelan plano magtravel and how long.. he also looked at my baby's birth certificate.. tapos type lang siya ng type sa computer, tapos, "both your visas are approved"! ang sarap pakinggan! parang nabunutan ako ng tinik!!!! thank you Lord!! and since i have a baby, 1 hour lang tapos na pala kami..

mag papa appointment palang po ako for visa interview right after ng medical sa st.lukes. k1- visa po inaapplyan ko..  gusto ko lang ask. regarding affidavit of support (I-134) ok lang po ba scan copy [textspeak!] isusubmit ko or dapat original from my fiance?..dapat po ba paid and nakapag appointment na ng interview  before yung medical exam? sana may magreply

Got denied yesterday - applying for an L1 working visa. yun nga ginawa ko, hindi nag elaborate, ek ek.
wa denied.. i feel so bad, failed. T_T

sis samsung, dito sa company namin ngayon dami daw naapprove na L1...last year kasi sandamakmak na L1 ang nadeny tapos all of a sudden this year puro approve naman daw...iniisip nga namin baka may quota yung L1 visa per company eh...what company ka sis?

I'll be applying for L1 din kasi this month or next month...sana lang swertehin...hayst

mga sis, kailangan ba talaga yung original copy ng affidavit of support form I-134 or pwedeng scan lang? Kasi 2 weeks ago lang naschedule na may interview pala hubby ko and one week after, medical na niya. the next week (which is kahapon) nainterview na siya. Good to go na siya pero kailangan pa daw nia yung form I-134. Pwedeng scan lang or yung original talaga? Please and thank you mga sis!

Hi everyone! I'm planning for a US visa with my hubby, his visa expired last December does he still qualify for VRP? Its my first time to apply, im a housewife and obviously my travel expenses will be supported by my husband? Whats the best way to secure our visas? My husband renews first via VRP or we apply together the way 1st timers do? Your inputs will be much appreciated!

i had my visa renewed under VRP din. my appointment was last Jan 9. granted naman, 10 years multiple. both my parents din, the same, but my mom was not under VRP.

reading sexybaby's post, dapat yata sinabay ko na ang 1 year old daughter ko?

ang plano kasi was sabay sila ng husband ko, who used to have an L1 that he used once. so now he need to apply for B1/B2 and naisip ko sabay sila ng baby ko.

better pa hiwalay sila mag-apply? samahan ko muna baby ko tapos later on husband ko na lang solo? or pagsabayin ko na sila?

i think maluwag naman sila ngayon basta nakapagtravel ka na sa US without overstaying.. advantage ang mei previous visas na.. i guess it's ok na pagsabayin na si baby and husband mo.. laging tinatanong ng consul kung mei visas na ang parents ng baby.. pati family ng kuya ko, isang buong family sila.. silang magasawa, for renewal tapos mga anak nila kinuha ng new visas.. granted naman.. alam naman nila sa records nila na di ka nagstay ng matagal, malaki ang chance..

^^i agree, ok lang naman siguro kung sabay ang husband and baby mo.  mas madali kasi matapos pag may baby   since previous visa holders kayo parehong mag-asawa (and yours was just renewed), malaki ang chance na ma-approve sila.

sis pagka plain housewife wala na bang pag asa maapprove?...wala ako land titles, may passport ako pero hongkong palang nung nag honeymoon kami hubby,,,i have 1 year old and 4 year old kids..


i have sister na andun na malapit na sya mag us citizen,,then my parents are green card holder pero di sila nagsstay dun ayaw nila kaya pabalik balik lang sila...

i was supposed to go there nung single pako as immigrant but then mas pinili ko magpakasal dito . ok naman si hubby financially kaya naman nya sagutin lahat ng expenses ko if i want to tour..

gusto ko sana makapunta US just to see US  and visit na din yun sister ko.. do you think i have chance?

mga sis pa advice naman, my sister (19 yrs. old, 3rd year College Tourism Student) want to visit U.S daw this coming school break, ako mag fi-finance ng trip niya since she's still a student,not working and no personal income yet, I'm already a citizen and she can stay with me during her trip (well,if they'll approve her) ako lang naman family/relative niya na nandito and the rest sa Pinas na, she already had some out of the country trip na, tanong ko lang, ano kaya mga documents na kailangan niya i prepare since wala pa naman siya income/unemployed etc..? ^^ invitation letter from you and affidavit of support stating that you will support her trip there.
ano kaya kapalit ng certificate of employment for a student? pwede kaya na certificate of good moral character or true copy of grades kaso parang ang layo. meron bang certificate sa school na magsasabi na student sya dun? kung meron siguro yun ang dalhin nya. dala na din sya ng nbi clearance, birth certificate nyong 2 to prove that the 2 of you are siblings. sa ibang countries kasi pag iba yung mag susupport ng trip kailangan ng mga bank statements nung sponsor and documents proving that you're there legally.
mas maganda nga na habang student pa sya mag apply na sya dyan kesa sa working na sya. mas maganda kung nandito pa yung parents nyo sa pilipinas para may ties that bind sya dito. mahirap na kasi kumuha ng visa pag parehong magulang at ibang siblings ay wala na sa pilipinas.

^^ i was a college student nung kumuha ako ng US visa for the first time.  i remember bringing a document from school indicating that i was enrolled in that university.  ask your sister to get one from her school (parang proof of enrollment letter or verification of enrollment).

^^^go to your school registrar and ask to be issued a certificate of enrollment. Be prepared to pay a minimal fee as most schools charge for it. Around 100 pesos or less lang naman. Got a few of these for my kids for their Canada & Korean visas before.

@darna88-it doesn't mean porke housewife ka, automatic denied ka na. I've renewed my b1/b2 twice as a housewife na, pero lagi naman approved. Never pa ko na-deny anywhere. Although it helps siguro I've been travelling abroad since I was a child & I've worked in the airline industry before. What's important is you prove you have ties to make you come back home.
