Ang las vegas parang high class divi, andumi..esp pag gabe tapos andame prostitute hehe..nagkalat yung mga cards na me nakahubad na girl, maganda sya pag gabe yung mga lights. Once lang ako nagpunta dun ayaw kona bumalik hehe ..im living in us but im not a fan..mas gusto kopa sa ibang state,,. And ok sya kung party animal ka and single but if your a family woman na...parang hinde sya attractive so un..iba iba naman ang tao e..

And interms of gambling, mas ok mga casinos sa macau kesa vegas. Mas bago mga slots nila

Upon reading the thread, di ko alam kung mae-excite ako o hindi.

We'll be staying at the Aria for 5 days until the fourth of July.  I'm sure may mga events in line with the independence day so I am kinda excited. I will be shopping with friends while each of our hubbies will be playing in the World Series of Poker hoping they will win para more shopping money. lol. Yun lang summer na and the weather forecast is like 102F so it will be freaking hot. The plan is to avoid the sun from 3-7pm and stay indoors lang and SPF100 na sunscreen.

^Aria is a nice hotel. One of the newer hotels on the strip. My sister and her hubby stayed there for their anniversary celebration last year. Yup, you need lots of sunscreen as it will be oven hot during summer!

waaaa.. na alala ko nun last year month of June, annngg iinniitttt, yung init pa naman niya kakaiba, galing sa ibaba yung singaw ng init, tapos tirik pa ang araw, kaya minsan pag nag wawalking ako dumadaan na lang ako sa mga hotels hehe...

If you're planning to go see the grand canyon or the hoover dam, summer is the worst time to be in Nevada. I was there july 10th, and temp was over 111F so over 40C? And it's dry-heat, and burning! Yung bag ko na metal yung strap, i can't wear it on my shoulder kase masusunog yung balat ko. But since I went with my friends,it was still one of the best vegas trips ever. We saw a lot of shows! Divas was soooo fun! Naisip ko pwedeng pwede yung mga Becky naten dito magapply dun. Tapos we saw a magic show, yung juggler show and Jubilee-yung vegas showgirls. Pag nanood ka kase ng isang show, they usually give you a discount inone of the other shows. So sa magic show we only paid $10 instead of $40! And of course you can't miss out on the buffets, since you're gonna burn all those calories at night when you party.

I was just in Vegas a couple of weeks ago, bad decision! It was way too hot and too humid! But hey, it's still Vegas so still had  a ton of fun

What I enjoyed the most: The terrace and Bellagio fountain view from my Cosmopolitan hotel room, so worth it!!!!
The "O" show at the Bellagio, although I still prefer La Reve at the Wynn...
My all-time fav buffet , Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan (all you can eat roasted bone marrow...who wouldn't like this?)
Drinking cosmo at the Cosmo's Chandelier bar...suweet!

Currently in Vegas for a few days. Staying at Mandarin Oriental after reading it has one of the most glowing reviews -- what a fantastic hotel: they'll bend over and backwards to make sure you have the best experience.

Been to Hoover Dam in the past so not thinking of going during this trip. I agree with the poster here that it's SO hot these days so it's important to stay hyrdrated. Thinking doing a helicopter tour of the grand canyon although not too pumped about this because it is HOT.

For sure, I'm gonna visit the designer outlet stores here, watch Cirque's "LOVE" (The Beatles), and thinking of another show -- Penn and Teller maybe, or another magic show. Dine at restaurants. This is just a laid back and relaxed vacation.

I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and Vegas reeks of it. Prostitutes come out of the woodwork at night. I don't gamble (don't believe I'll win anyway) so I'm fine just roaming around.

I was in Vegas last July OMG! I super enjoyed my vacation I went to Cirque's Viva Elvis at Aria and Mystere at Treasure Island. We stayed at Monte Carlo and we also saw Jabawokees (did I spell it right?lol) I loved walking around the street at night at day naman it was fine but it was really hot! Dined at Serendipity twice! Try their Crab and artichoke dip and the chocolate shake!the original is the bomb! In and Out burger of course is not to miss and of course Party!!! We went to Pure at Caesar's, Minus 5 degrees and at another bar/club at Monte Carlo. Perfect vacation ever!

First time namin mag Vegas last year. 3 Nights and 2 days lang. We stayed at MGM grand. Week ng fight ni Pacquiao iyan. Too bad hindi kami nakanood. Sobrang mahal kasi ng tickets. We were hoping na makita namin pero fail kami. Nag enjoy kami sa hotel watching (kasi iba iba ang theme ng hotels di ba) at night and casino (which I and my husband love!). We watched Zumanity. We loved it! Nagpunta din kami sa outlet store basically because mas mababa ang tax than CA. Vegas is fun for teenagers and yuppies siguro. Not much for us. But it was a good tour lalo na for first timers. Then from Vegas we took a trip to Grand Canyon.

I ended up watching Cirque du Soliel's "O" at Bellagio. Fantastic, mesmerizing experience. Dined at Michael Mina and Guy Savoy.

Been to vegas and stayed at imperial palace. Okey vegas kapag single pa kayo. We enjoyed hotel hopping, casino and buffet restaurants. was able to watch mystere and we were able to watch the second to the last  show of sigfried and roy. We were able to see the real tutankhamen museum. It has been a long time....

Just came back from another Vegas weekend, can't believe it has only been 2 months... What can I say, Vegas is my kind of city! What I enjoyed on this trip:

-dinner at Sage (Aria):Must order the foie gras brulee and kobe short ribs, yum
-zumanity (cicus and strip show in one)
-single bypass burger and butterfat milkshakes at heart attack grill
-cocktails at parasol down (Wynn)
-slots!

^Naaliw kami kasi kahit semi nude ang show (topless lang naman kasi), very artistic ang pagkaka deliver ng show. Specially natuwa ako dun sa mga nasa loob ng water tank. Nakakaaliw ang pagkaka present noon. If I were to go back to Las Vegas, puro mga shows ang aatupagin ko rather than mag casino na talunan naman kami haha

Hello:

We're spending the holidays in Las Vegas, does anyone have tips on:

1. Weather/Climate/Temperature (We're also planning to do a day trip to Hoover/Grand Canyon)...Hindi ba sobrang lamig, ma-snow, etc etc?

2. Buffets - Where's the best spread? Deal? This will be a few days worth of pigging out so are there any "passes" o kaya discount cards that we can purchase?

3. Outlets - Where will we find the best deals in town these days?

4. Shows - Again, any tips? Suggestions for free shows? Which paid shows are worth the $$$?

5. Other must do's, must see's, must eats?

^For the shows, I suggest Zumanity. Sobrang nag enjoy kami ni husband dito. Nag hotel hop lang kami the whole time and we took the tour from Vegas to Grand Canyon. You might want to consider this too.

For the Las Vegas Premium outlet, there is one sa south around 2.5miles from the Strip (eto yung road ng mga hotels). Meron din bus that picks you up sa mga hotel (alam ko meron sa Bellagio and Mandalay Bay) going to the store. Parang $5 ata for an all day pass.

^^ It doesn't snow. If it ever does or did, that's rare. But it'll be cold and windy.

Forgot which hotel has M Buffet but that's reportedly one of the really good ones. Bellagio Buffet and Paris Buffet are good too, daw. Food recos- Bachi Burger and Earl of Sandwich also come highly recommended. I don't think there are discount cards for buffets but I'm not sure.

For shows, basta Cirque du Soleil and magic shows For other daytrips, Old Town Vegas daw is worth the drive. The outlets are outside the strip. If you have plenty of time and you like hiking/nature, Death Valley National Park is about 2-3 hours drive ata

^It rarely snows in Vegas but it did last year. Weird weather nowadays.

@Priceless, try to see at least one Cirque show. We watched O at the Bellagio and it was fantastic! If you want to try something different, check out the Blue Man Group. We loved it too but it is a noisy and sometimes messy show depends on where you're seating. For free shows, you can check out the fountains at the Bellagio, pirate show at Treasure Island hotel and the volcano at the Mirage.

All hotels offer buffet meals. The buffets at the Bellagio and the Wynn are always top rated. There's also the recently opened buffet at Caesar's Palace, Bacchanal Buffet, they say it's very good too.
