-weather around the holidays in Vegas can be quite cold (like in the 30s), esp in Grand Canyon so definitely layer up!
-do yourself a favor and watch La Reve, best show hands down.
- IMO, Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan has a fabulous spread, I mean AYCE bone marrow, french macaroons, truffled potatoes, seriously?LOl Skip the Bellagio one, so not worth it. For breakfast, nothing beats Le Village at Paris. There's also the buffet of buffets or whatever you call it. You pay 1 price, I think it's like 50 bucks, and you can eat at any participating buffet for 24 hours, B, L and D. Haven't tried it but I guess if you're really into pigging out, this is for you. There's also the seafood buffet at Rio, OMG so good!
-The only good deal I've found when I was in Vegas was from Coach, but I guess if you're from the Philippines everything else is going to be cheaper...
-Other must see/do: check out heart attack grill near freemont st., such a unique and fun experience!

hope this helps

Was in Vegas recently. Cirque's "The Beatle's LOVE" is mesmerizing. It's my favorite Cirque show so far. I love the buffet at Le Village at Paris Las Vegas but maybe not good for the ticker and if you're counting calories.

For restaurants, this time, I tried Joel Robuchon, Raku, and Picasso.

One thing I hate about Vegas that makes me not want to return any time soon: SMOKE. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. It made my stay there miserable.

Hot! Our train made a stop there last week. Expect it to be hotter as summer approaches.

May alam ba kayo na freight service sa Las Vegas, luggages to be shipped to Sanfo lang. Sa Japan kasi they have this intercity hotel to hotel freight na mejo mura lang, meron din kaya sa Vegas?

^sis meron din yan sa US pero lumalabas na mas mahal compared to checking it in sa flight as check-in bags (assuming you're flying). I was looking into that service kasi from Paris to NYC to SFO but ended up just checking in my bags. Here's a website with a table to compare the different companies offering this service.

Anyone here been to Vegas in September? What was the weather like?
I was planning to to go there in July, but I read from here that it's extremely hot during that season.
