^extreme yung trail dun di ba? naghike kami dun tapos may mga nagttrail biking. galing lang pero parang scary kase ang steep ng trail. one day gusto ko rin matry yun. pero kapag may health card na.

Hi mga sissies, ituloy na natin ang bike session natin kahit once a week lang. gusto ko ng mag bike talaga kaso wala akong makasama na girls. gusto ko sumali sa mga association kaso gusto ko me kasama din ako.

Late thirties na ako, may pag-asa pa kaya akong matutong magbike. For those who learned biking at a late age na din, care to share some tips. Anong bike ba ang gagamitin pag start pa lang mag-aral.

kaya mo yan! while I learned at a young age ang suggestion ko lang is to get a bike that is fit for your height, doesnt have to be fancy all you need is something that will let you learn.

Medyo awkward mag training wheels and I've read somewhere na its better to practice ng you slam both of your feet on the ground propelling you forward then lift them up so it doesnt touch the ground, the concept is to let you learn how to balance first.

then when ur more comfortable slowly try to palce your foot sa pedal, with biking kasi i think as long as you are moving mas madali mag balance compared sa your standing still

I just learned how to padyak 2 years ago using mga bike sa QC circle. Tapos nakapagbike ako ng successful sa burnham park sa baguio. I guess if someone really wants something, walang makakapigil eh. Not even age or anything. Nung makapagbike ako, parang akong lumilipad. Hindi ko makakalimutan yung feeling na yun. I'm already 27 btw:)

hello! just renewed my relationship for biking! after 3 months of hiatus because of an injury, biking serves as one of my alternatives to stay fit. i'm from rizal... sometimes from caloocan (north). pa-join po ako sa group rides ha! post lang kayo dito. happy padyak!

hello sissies na enthusiasts, nasa bucket list ko ang magduathlon. may mga events ba na for beginners and hindi pang hardcore na magaling magbike. gusto ko lang maexperience. my hubby got me a bike last christmas, yun pa folding bike lang.

sis same tayo. i had a friend na kaka start nya this year mag duathlon, nakasali siya last month sa race and sabi ko isama nya ko sa team nya. pag okay dito sis pm kita para me kasama ako mag training.nag babike din ako from pureza to quirino grandstand. mag isa at mostly gabi since wala akong budy for this. :-)

I run, bike and swim pero nothing serious. Gusto ko kahit minsan lang sa buhay ko maging best version of myself ako. Bago man lang ako magkafamily.
