My bikes are not road bikes (those with thinner wheels) it more like a trail bike/leisure bike with wider wheels. It has a low front for easy mounting and aluminum frame so it is light and with good suspension. its this - color bright orange https://www.specialized.com/ca/en/roll-sport-low-entry/p/154467

Get a water bottle which you can clip on the bike, 2 signal lights (1 for front and 1 for the back), biking gloves, and a good helmet most importantly.

My kid and husband talaga yung matatag sa biking, they both do hard trail biking on unpaved/dirt tracks forest trails although I have tried those too, medyo mabagal nga lang. We all love forest trails since its shaded, and being close to nature is very calming.  I like to bike on flat surface with scenic views.

Hi Ladies!

During the quarantine we decided to take up a new activity...ATVing! Is anyone into it? I've bought an detecthistory for my 10yo boy, he is so excited! Now I'm thinking of purchasing an adult size too!

Got the same but adult-size for my boy. He's in love with it.

a couple of weeks ago, we biked a good 50km on a paved bike trail which is slightly uphill. Kapagod sobra. But is has the most beautiful views - canopied by tall trees, passed by the lakeside and streams, saw a family of deer along the way,

I like cycling, it's great activity to spend time outdoors and it also helps to burn extra calories. My favorite bike is Tomasso, and it's a rode bike which means that it would be bad on the gravel, so be careful
