^^I bought mine over Mercury Drug. I can even remember buying 2 boxes of Myra-e kasi there is an going promo that time and since matagal pa expiration, I know I can drink them all before it expires.

My skin definitely changed and I take it along with Vitamin C.

Nga pala, if you have a coupon na makikita daw sa Mercury Drug na calendar, less P25 ang isang bottle so parang P322.50 din ang magiging price niya just like sa puregold.

Everyday ba kayo take ng vitamin E? My nabasa me before that it should be 2 to 3x a week lang dapat

Vitamin E is 9php sa generic sis while myra -e is 12php ..konti lang naman difference eh

I take Myra-E everyday. There was a time na I stopped taking it kaso di ako tinigilan ng allegry attack.

Simula nung bumalik ako sa paginom ng Vit E, no more allergies too hehe

parang gusto ko na din magtake ng Vitamin E. Ok lang ba if any brand ng Vitamin E, same effect lang or ok talaga Myra E.

Nkagamit nako ng Myra E before I must say talagang glowing ang skin mo pero i find it not worth for 12 pesos per capsule thinking na vitamin E lang siya. Lalo pa at kung may skin issues ka like acne, etc. Kaya ako I take Super ACES (Vitamins A, C, E and Selenium) mas prefer ko kahit 18 pesos per cap. from my derma kasi ito yung pinescribe nya sakin due to my acne vulgaris issues. Effective.

then I discovered sa health supplements stall sa baba ng grocery we go to sells per bottle and per piece ng Kirkland Vit. E 400iu brand at P5ea. Got 15pcs to try out. I'm almost running out.. same effect din sakin..sa Kirkland brand nalang ako
