may I add..one more thing tips nila : Japanese and Korean DON'T USE SOAP sa face. they have tons of tons different products na facial wash , cleansing oil, etc..kc it strip the natural oil on there face, they also use facial mask every other day or everyday yung iba.. para matangal talaga yung mga clog pores nila, they hardly use facial scrubs, once a week lang ata mero mask minsan yung makikinis everyday talaga nila ginagawa yun .yung AHA whitening mask. na nabibili sa mga japanese stores na.

sis, how about sa mga soaps and lotions na ginagamit nila sa katawan kasi mostly panay sa mukha ang products na pinag-uusapan sa mga koreans and japanese. TIA

 Japanese do use bar soap for face. Hindi lahat ay liquid soap . Madami na rin nauso like green tea soap. DHC has whitening bars.

I have to agree. Depende naman kasi sa formulation ng soap, hindi pwedeng i-generalize na bad ang soap sa skin. Marami din liquid and foaming cleansers that are just as stripping. It's about your whole regimen and how they compliment each other. Hindi pwedeng mag-limit and make generalizations kasi what works for others won't necessarily work for you.

In terms of research, Tretinoin, Vitamin C and Sunblock pa din ang holy grail of skincare.

It's been almost a month since I started getting serious with my Anti-aging regimen @ night I wash my face, I put my bleaching & retinol cream. In the morning I just put Obagi's sunblock SPF 50 before I put-on my make-up. I take Usana essentials, ph 388, NeoCell Collagen. I started having gluta, placenta with Vit. C IV injections too. Full blast ako trying to age gracefully & to turn back the hands of time

ako olay lang gamit ko na creams sa face. wala pa kasi ako ibang na-try na anti aging product na ok, dati sinubukan ko yung eskinol ageless kaya lang greasy eh.

For me Olay, may it be OTE or regenerist... Sa face olay talaga ako, for eye cream HG ko ang L'oreal revitalift and mid last year I added trets sa regimen ko... Plus tons of sunblock

^sis HG ko din yung Loreal Revitalift and Olay regenerist eye cream. Pinagpapalit palit ko lang sila. Pag gumagamit ako ng iba, noticeable yung dark undereye pag puyat. Ang kulit ko kasi gusto ko pa din magtry ng iba kahit satisfied naman ako sa Loreal and Olay

@ross24 sis ok din ba yung olay regenerist eye cream? Haven't try pa kasi, I used OTE eye cream hindi ko naubos, puffed eye ako as in hapon na mukha pa rin akong bagong gising... With revitalift yung fine lines ko hindi dry kaya hindi sya visible, though meron na talaga hehe!

Hi! I'm already 33 yo and I'm just using Ponds Age Miracle since ito lang hiyang sa face ko. I got small bumps when I tried to use OTE before. Recently, may napanood akong video from a makeup artist in UK giving some advice about anti-ageing creams. Sabi nya its just a waste of money using those creams coz those are not actually anti-ageing, they are just moisturizers, though moisturizers are good but not really an anti-ageing. Nirecommend nya yung Retin A,its the most effective daw. Retin A at night and Sunblock in the morning with SPF 30. Im not familiar with Retin A pero nabasa ko Tretinoin is also a Retin A? Question: Can I buy Retin A over the counter? Is there any particular brand available here in the Philippines? Thanks po sa sasagot...
