ako ever since teen years, i use moisturizer. then early 20s started using anti aging prods. dami ko na dn na try. i liked total effects kasi first few weeks of using it, parang glowing complexion ko. but pagtagal, parang nag plateau na lang un skin reaction ko. so im always on the lookout for new products to try.

Buhjoy, right now I'm using Missha Marine Stem Cell cream and toner. I'm not saying it's the the best but I like it naman.  Gives me moisture w/o making me oily. ;-)

after back-reading, now i'm thinking of including retin-a in my night beauty ritual. where can one buy retin-a dito sa 'pinas? meron ba nito sa mercury drug, or sa watson's?

I vouch for regular use of AHAs or BHAs and tretinoin.

I'm 29 now, mas madami pa akong fine lines nung 25 ako. Hahaha. I make sure I moisturize, kasi kapag dry daw ang skin, mas nahihirapan syang mag-fight ng free radicals.

I use salicylic acid wash and Tretinoin.

I heard of tretinoin before pero wala akong mahanap sa market. What exactly is the product name you are using sis? Yung available lang sa market natin. I'm 29 na din at super nakikita ko na [textspeak!] mga fine lines, nakakabother na lalo kapag tumitingin ako sa salamin after ko makipagtawanan. Hahaha!

^ Tretinoin Brands: Retin-A, Retacnyl, Derm A, Stieva A. Can be bought sa drugstore.

It WILL irritate your skin at first so research about it first. It is actually a drug. It just so happens na hindi nirerequire sa Philippines ang prescription for it.

Hindi instant ang effect. You should wait at least 6 months. It requires using sunblock everyday.

^ Hindi sya classified as AHA or BHA e.

It's classified as a retinoid.

Warning ha. It's not well-tolerated by people with very dry and/ or sensitive skin. So, read reviews at acne.org or at makeupalley or backread sa lahat ng tretinoin threads.

I can't recommend a brand kasi feeling ko walang significant difference except yung texture nya. Pero since retacnyl is what I'm using now, yun na lang..

I tried a lot na din kahit na im in my mid twenties but the only thing na i saw that works are the ones from NuSkin (sorry sa mga allergic sa brand na to dahil sa nature ng business).

I'm not actually after the anti wrinkle itself but the added pore tightening effect you get from the skin tightening process of the anti ageing products

Anybody tried the one from olay ba yun. yung nasa new commercial showing the wrinkles going away in a few tries? i think i saw some sa sm.

prevention talga din, drink plenty of water, moisturise your skin, and use a very good sunblock
