SSS & PhilHealth of Household Staff

My helper does not have SSS yet. She's already 37 years old and her previous employers did not helped  to get her one. She's 2 months na with us.

I know that it is her right to have an SSS. I am planning to create her an account when she got 6 months na with us. Tama ba yun?  How much ba ang monthly contribution for them?

actually, SSS coverage should start upon hiring. pero nasa usapan ninyo naman yun.

it seems that she's not interested though I already explained to her the benefits she can gain.  i also told her that it is her right to have ss especially single mother siya.

hayaan ko lang ba if she did not process her ss or should I force her?

Yung kasama namin sa bahay 1 yr na sya samin. My hubby and I are planning to get an SSS for her. kasi mahirap na diba, nasa poder pa naman natin sila. Tsaka right nya yun.. Try mo i-explain ulit sa kanya. Pero kung ayaw nya, sya pa rin ang masusunod..

bakit ayaw niya eh minimal lang naman contribution niya, 10pesos, tapos the rest sa employer na. or pwede namang pati yung 10pesos eh shouldered mo na din.

baka natatamad siya mag-apply or mag-go through the process. ako, nag-hire ako ng liaison officer dati kasi wala akong time at may mga papeles-papeles pa kasi parehong dating employed yung mga helpers ko. after a while, sila na ang gumagawa. pumipirma na lang ako sa forms.

i already explained to her pero dont know from her na parang she's not interested.

i agree na siya pa rin masusunod in the end but i'm just thinking na baka ako naman ang mapahamak when the time comes.

anyone knows kung ano requirements hinahanap ng sss and philhealth? kasi kung need pa mga birth certificate, etc. malamang walang dala itong helper namin mga ganun...

helper namin wala pa rin sss kasi naman di rin sya magtatagal sa amin next yr aalis na uwi na ng bicol btw ano kaya ang mas ok unahin ang sss or philhealth?

help... I'm a new mom and currently running a household.  My baby's yaya has no SSS and I have no idea on how to apply SSS for her. Isa pa pano ba magbayad ng SSS niya? anyone please give me an idea how this procedure works...

may sss yaya ako, ako nagpa-apply sa kanya when she was already 4 months or 6 months na ata sakin..bale binabayaran ko sa sss monthly is around 150 or below pa yata (yung pinakamababang bracket).. kasama na un sa benefits nya, di ko na dinededuct sa salary. saka okay sa yaya ko yung ganon, gusto nya din magka sss kasi

dati din helper ng mom ko ayaw kumuha ng sss.  she'd rather na idagdag na lang sa salary nya yung sss contribution.  pero nung nagalit na mom ko, payag na din...  I think now mas na-appreciate nya na sss knowing that when she retires kahit paano, may pension siya

to those who are looking for liaison persons, merong mga accountants or tax consultants who are willing to help you out for a minimal fee. kasi trabaho nila talaga yan, they go to SSS regularly at may kakilala na sila sa loob. minsan onetime lang ang fee, tapos tuturuan na kayo and your helper kung paano gagawin sa future transactions, what forms to fill out, etc. ako nagpost ako dati sa sulit.com, tapos may mga nagrespond naman.

how about philhealth mga sis? pano sila ireregister?

pag over a year na sa amin, may SSS na. Yon lang.  Wala silang Philhealth, dinadaan ko na lang sa vitamins .  Mas magagamit nila SSS sa long term.  Kasama ako sa pag process kasi most of the time, wala silang alam sa ganyan o di kaya nahihiya magprocesso.  And yes, pati NSO sinasamahan ko din.
