Madami pang interview na sumunod haha! But because of God's grace, tapos na po ako sa job offer. My application took one and half a month din.

Uy congrats! Nakailang interviews ka? Kelan kana mag start?

Ako kinontact na din for 4th interview but sadly, di ko na sinipot. I got hired already ng isang FMCG company and nag job offer na kami in less than 2 weeks lang hehe ayun kaya di ko na pinush ang SM. endless interviews kakaloka!

Are they more galante with office staffs in terms of benefits and incentives?

Hi mga sis, i read the thread from start to finish and i can conclude, based from the posts, that working at SM is exhausting and toxic, and that kinda scares me. 

But anyway, i'm a fresh grad and i applied as Operations Assistant (under SM Shopping Center Corporation) at one of their provincial branches. I would like to ask pano [textspeak!] job dun? And ok naman ba ang sahod?

Minimal benefits lang ang SM. Aside from the government mandated benefits, yung plus 0.5 bonus lang and libreng advantage card hahaha.

In terms of incentives, mas okay kapag sa branch ka, kasi kapag head office ka wala ka control sa incentives mo. All branches needs to hit 100% for you to get incentives. Unlike sa branch, sarili lang nila ang iisipin nila.

Hi guys.. I applied as BI Officer sa SM Prime thru Jobstreet last July 29, 2016 then naschedule ako for interview last August 03, 2016. Nag exam ako (Logic and personality test) then interview with the HR Manager. May pina fill-up na form regarding sa mga benefits and compensation na narereceive ko sa current job ko (since hindi pa ako nagreresign). Then pinabalik ako agad nung August 05, 2016 for another interview with the Senior Manager then SAVP. After nun, inform nalang daw ako nung HR Manager.

Anong step na kaya next? Iuupdate ba nila ako if I will be hired or not? How long ba yung hiring process? and also, wala kasi akong idea dun sa salary range ng BI officer. Any idea? I hope may magcomment. Thank you guys.

Hi.  Just saw this post.  Good thing.  I recently signed a job offer at the head office.  I wanna know how extensive is their background check?  Previous employers lang ba and school credentials?  Thanks.

Hi! Newbie here! Ask ko lang if may Design Officer ba sa inyo na nakapagwork na rin sa SM? I'm on my medical test na and just waiting for the result. Thanks!

Hi po, ask ko lang if may chance pa kaya maconsider application as Treasury Sup. Done with 4 interviews. Hr asst,hr head, treasury head, avp.. Sabi lang they will keep me posted 1 week ago.. Ano kaya ibig sabihin nun?

Hi guys , how long po ang process sa Sm retail nag apply ako as CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT..kasi tapos n ko sa HR last june 16 then last June 17 nainterview na din ako ng MANAGER..ang sabi nya lang ibibigay nya daw ang evaluation sa HR...so far ok naman ang interview chill lang sa hiring manager,, sabi nya lang at the end of interview , Hr na nga lang daw cocontact. After few days wala pa din tumatawag ...then last june 22 nag follow up email ako...ang reply lang saken waiting pa daw sila sa result ng evaluation ko sa manager.Kaso till now wala pa din balita.

Aasa pa ba ko? or hindi na. Please enlighten me.

Hello po....last june 16 nainterview ako ng HR for the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT then naging maayus naman the next day For final interview june 17 Manager naman ang naginterview saken...so far okay naman chill lang kami nguusap ...sabi nya at the end of interview sabi nya isesend nya sa HR ang evaluation about sa interview...then sila na daw ang cocontact saken...last june 22 nag decide akong ifollow up...nag reply ang HR sabi...waiting lang daw sila ng result ng evaluation ko sa manager they will contact me soon . Then as of now wala pa rin balita. Aasa pa po ba ako or hindi na? How long po ba ang usual process nila ngayon? Please enlighten me. Naprapraning na ko kelngan ko po ng work.
