mga sis,in every sm mall ba my company nurse cla?...i want to apply as a nurse sa sm hypermarket sana...hiring kasi dito sa iloilo..but hindi naman nkalagay ang mga positions na available..thanks..

ako rin i applied sa SM dito sa province namin. i applied for HR Assistant - Timekeeper. i sent my resume siguro June. then after a couple of days they called me in for an interview. yung HR Officer ang unang nag interview sakin. then after a few days ulit, i was called in for an interview with the HR Manager. after that, tinawagan nila ko ulit for medical endorsement and binigay na sakin yung checklist of pre-emp reqt's. pero lahat ng yun, di pa kasiguraduhan if hired na ko. after completing my reqt's, the HR Manager informed me about my salary. medyo above min naman pero 6day work week and no holidays talaga sya.
pero i turned them down rin after accomplishing my reqt's. kasi bigla akong ininterview ng isa pang company. i had to let them go.

do they do background check na ba bago ka pa i-endorse for another interview?

it has been 2 weeks since they last called me, up to now, wala pa ring follow-up interview. naka-punta at nakabalik na ako ng Boracay, wala pa ring balita. hayyyyy.... let go na kaya or wait pa din?

^^ sis nagwork ako sa hr sa sm before. ginagawa namin before, nagbabackground check lang kame pag ire-regular na yung employee. pero pag sa treasury may background check na agad. as far as i can remember, parang 1-2 weeks ata yung interval ng initial interview, 2nd interview, tsaka medical. tapos more than a month yung orientation/1st day kase ginagawa pa yung branch ng sm.

^sis, what do u mean sa treasury? I got a call & text a while ago for my 2nd interview. Buti naman, meron na uli. Nakakaloka maghintay, tagal pala ng processing nila.

^^OT: we stayed at hey Jude, we were there July 10-12. I stayed at waling-waling na rin nung 2006. Gusto ko Lang dun yung boat nila na panghatid/sundo, other than that, wala na.

^ i mean sa treasury department. syempre pera yung iha-handle nila kaya mahigpit ang mga background check dun. matagal talaga yung processing kase ang dami lagi nag-aapply kaya madami kino-consider.

kapag indemand yung plantilla, mas mabilis ang process ng hiring, usually yan yung sa operations, marketing..mga fast paced mga buhay dyan

I had my 2nd interview this morning with the regional branch manager. She's nice & my interview lasted for more than an hour *whew*

she'll be endorsing my resume to the avp. Grabe!! Another intense interview. Ganito pala sa SM

siguro I have to go out of town or out of the country ulit muna kasi for sure it'll take weeks again for the next schedule of interview
