Yung kay hubby kasi ambilis, like nung nagpunta sya for initial interview...di pa nga sya nakakarating ng bahay nagtext na agad for another interview the same week, then after 3 days interview for the manager tapos wala na ewan ano na kasunod hehe

hello, newbie here, may apply din po ako sa sm dept store as retail supervisor, tapos na ako sa 1st interview ko, exam ko daw ng personality test sa july 10, any tips po sa mga nakapag take na ng personality test? what kind po ba ng exam nila? madali lang ba math at english? Sana po may magreply sa tanung ko. Thank in advance

girl, ang personality test walang math at english  . PERSONALITY meaning, kung ano ka at paano ka gumawa, mag-isip, mag-handle ng problema, etc.

@cuteyberries..wala math or english sa personality test..[textspeak!] sa akin kasi the link was sent thru email so bahay ko ginawa..it's all situational..sobrang personality test lang talaga sya

@empress..[textspeak!] branch din sa place namin will be opening on September..next week [textspeak!] orientation kasi sabi nila 2 months daw [textspeak!] training eh and kasama na sa 2 mos duration [textspeak!] pag visit sa site to set up your dept..

^ which area ka? what position did u apply for? i haven't received any calls yet for the 2nd interview, still waiting up to now. (sis, puro textspeak yung message mo, check mo muna yung spelling next time para 'di puro "textspeak" ang lumabas. 'di ko kasi ma-gets kung ano ba yung mga words na yun.)

oo nga eh..pasensya na sis..i'm kindda new to this cs manager [textspeak!] position ko..wait ka lang sis kasi mejo matagal talaga [textspeak!] process nila...anyway, based on my experience, i did the personality test after the first interview..tatawagan ka lang nila for a second interview after your done with the personality test

naku, kapagod saa SM magwork..ok ito as training ground if newly grad ka, madami ka matutununan

good luck sa mga magwo-work sa main office, sa dami ng tindahan na nag-oopen, lahat yun dadaan sa inyo ang trabaho, pang ilan tao, but ang suweldo pangisahang tao lang.

@empress & alley23, thanks po sa feedback, yes alam ko naman po [textspeak!] personlity test.. . but aside from personality test meron daw kasamang 30 math questions and 30 vocabulary...   @alley 23 may copy ka pa ba nung personality test nila, pwede ba makahingi ng copy.

 sa mga nakapagtake ng math at vocabulary nila... any tips? Thanks!

dami ko nga nakikitang hindi magandang feedbacks about working at sm pero ok na din kasi sobrang lapit lang sa house namin

you're welcome cuteyberries  hmmm wala na kasi ako ibang test except for the personality test eh..ang sa akin is interview the personality test tapos final interview na ulit

as far as i know it's a good thing that you were asked to do the personality test kasi it means they're considering you for the post

@alley23 mahaba ba [textspeak!] personality test nila? may wrong ba na  sagot sa personality test nila? kc dba sariling opinion mo un? wala kana ba copy nung mga questions nila?[textspeak!] position inap-playan mo?

^ 300 items yung personality test. i think from the name of the test itself is self explanatory. there's no right nor wrong coz it's YOUR PERSONALITY they would like to know. you don't need a sample test just so u can pass it.

@cuteyberries..tama si empress..no right or wrong answer coz it's a personality test  ...anyway..wala ako copy ng questions but you won't find it hard  ..inaplayan ko CS manager..good luck to you!
