for the 2nd question:
well it applies to any other vitamins or any other things that we do. if we stop eating we get sick, if we stop taking vitamin c we become more prone to illness, if we stop taking usana we go back to our old self before we are taking usana. 

that's what i noticed personally. it does not work like a vaccine that stays in our body if we stop taking it.

Magkano ba talaga ang bentahan ng USANA products?  Hindi ba standard ang pricing ng mga distributors?  Yung nakuha ko from a distributor eh P3,400 ang singil sa akin samantalang yung distributor na kilala ng brother ko P3,000 lang sa kanya.

the distributors price/member's price of usana essentials is 2550 from what I can remember. it used to be 2500 but has increased eventually due to inflation.  the srp yata is 3400 so fair ang 3400. some other distributors sell them at a much lower price.

when i started taking proflavanol-c, napansin ko na di na ako masyadong inaatake ng rhinitis ko saka yung sa skin asthma mo, di na gaanong lumalabas.  kahit mahal sya, itutuloy ko pa rin na mag-take.

^try and see usana essentials and biomega which contain omaga fatty acids (there are clinical studies that help improve chances of pregnancy if women take omega fatty acids).  It may be worth a try. good luck!

twice na ako nagreset with Usana Nutrimeal, 1st was last year bago wedding ko then next was at the start of 2014 after the holidays, both yung 1st week lang ng program 3x a day na nutrimeal plus fruits and veggies lang  for 7 days straight, hinde ko na kaya after that hehe.
ok naman though wala naman significant na weight loss but i like the feeling na nagdetox.
i will go on reset again this month. plan ko to do the reset at least thrice a year.

I was using essentials too and proflavanol hanggang sa tinamad na ako then ayun expired na sila, sayang, ang dami pa.
I just started to drink again last week, umorder ako bagong set ng essentials & proflavanol. sana this time maubos ko.

nakaattend ako sa Usana here in SG but hinde ako nagmember, my 3 friends did for personal consumption lang nila, sa kanila na lang ako nagpapasabay ng order.

^ it is sold in bottles kasi sis.  while may mga nagbebenta nito in retail pero delikado kasi food supplements can easily get contaminated because it contains nutrients so pag na expose sa air at hinawakan pa para bilangin then ilagay sa ibang container. there's that risk of getting contaminated products.  pero i think meron naman mga gumagawa neto.

how long does a bottle of Essentials, Chelated Mineral, proflavanol-C and Hepasil lasts? Im thinking kasi if the price is expensive nga pero lasts for more than 30 days baka pwede na. and those I mentioned pwede ko ba pagsabay-sabayin plus my reg vit c?

Hi po. ask ko lang po sa mga distributor ng USANA dito kung may kakilala po kayo sa Riyadh na distributor din? Dito po ako sa Riyadh kasi now hirap humanap ng USANA. Meron po ako dati binibilhan dito ng USANA pero sadly pumanaw po siya 2 days ago po yata.

^^@yellowminion usana essentials (chelated mineral and antioxidants) can last more than 3 months kung once a day lang sya tinetake. proflavanol 3 months kung once a day lang din.  hepasil around 2 months.

yes pwede mo isabay sa vitamin c mo.  ako what I do is usana essentials once a day plus meggie veggie c (twice a day)  on occasion i take proflavanol, hepasil, visionex, and coquinone depende sa kung ano yung gusto ko ma improve.

According kasi sa site ng Usana,  Essentials should be taken 4x a day; Hepasil 3x a day; Proflavanol-C 2x-4x a day etc. So yung nasa site nila is recommended usage for a bottle is 1 month lang talaga or 28days to be exact.

For those using it pero di sinusunod yung advised dosage (i.e. take essentials for 3 months/bottle), why? Para makatipid po ba? Do you still see the effect regardless? Or is it because you think the required dosage is too much?

I was thinking kasi of replacing my supplements and oral gluta.

And lastly, for those taking the BiOmega(fish oil), would you still suggest na I take this or okay lang na ibang brands of fish oil if I will be taking naman the Essentials etc.? Is it worth it(BiOmega)?
