first week you go the whole way of replacing your meals with nutrimeal
second week and forward you slowly go back to your normal meals reducing nutrimeal until you go back to your normal routine.

Someone gave me the RESET program, kaso sabi nya, since di ko sya kaya (as in I fainted on the third day of the program) Hepasil daw muna plus Essentials ang gamitin ko and a reduced diet. Check ko daw after a month kung kaya ko na ang RESET.

okay ba pampapayat yung nutrimeal? nag inquire ako thru facebook sa USANA,ang mahal naman ng aabutin..problema ko kung kayanin ko kasi all around mom ako,every morning nag work out ako 3x a week nakakapagod mindan nasisira diet plan ko sa sobrang pagod biglang kain ako ng kanin 

ayun, dun ba sa mga nakapag try na,talaga ba di kayo magugutom sa nutrimeal? need ba talaga pati yung mga vitamins bilin ko?di ba pwede nutrimeal lang? sensya na dami tanong

sis some do crave pa rin while on RESET pero depende sa willpower mo.   you need the vitamins kasi kung hindi manghihina ka and baka you'll end up eating.  the vitamins are suppposed to supply nutrients to your body while you are on diet.  tapos avoid the work out for a week muna para di ka masyado mapagod.  just do the RESET for one week.  if it works you may decide to continue if not then stop mo na.

ganun ba sis..may nabasa kasi ako dito mas madali pumayat kung sasabayan ng workout.pero sige malalaman ko kung kaya pagsabayin pag nasubukan na..ang mahal kasi ng benta sa akin 2850pesos package na yun (1 nutrimeal, 15 pairs of essentials for total body nutrition, and 10 pieces of proflavanol C100 ) mahal na ba yan o mura pa? wala kasi akong makitang seller dito sa pasig area o yung ibang seller para pwede ko ma compare saan mas mura dun ako bibili..kung meron po kayo alam dito mga sis paki pm niyo sa akin.Ty!!

try mo check sa sulit kung may RESET package. I think okay na yan since payag sya na bumili ka ng tingi. kasi bihira ang nagbebenta ng essentials and proflavanol na tingi lang.

hello! binigyan ako ng auntie ko ng mga products ng usana. di raw nya nagamit kasi nagkasakit sya and ayaw ng tito ko na itake nya.. so binigay nya sakin. kaso hindi ko alam gamitin
3 packs of nutrimeal, 2  essentials (green and blue) and 2 proflavanol. ayun di ko po alam kung pano itake. good for one month na ba to? o yung pang jump start lang? thanks

hi mitchie if you want to try to go on diet you can use the nutrimeal to replace all of your meals for one week plus take a pair of essentials and proflavanol every after nutrimeal.  if not, you can just take essentials and proflavanol once a day during nighttime. then you can take nutrimeal for breakfast.

the nutrimeal. yes pang one week lang sya if you're doing the jumptsart or yung tinatawag na RESET. kasi you'll be replacing all of your meals with nutrimeal so 3x a day ang nutrimeal mo.  Pero my advise is to introduce the vitamins (Essentials and proflavanol) to your body first before doing the RESET para di masyado mabigla body mo.  The vitamins will be good for a month or more depending on your intake or if you are following USANA's 4-week RESET program.

The very first time uminom kami ni hubby ng flagship vitamins ng Usana, nahilo kami.  Pero in the days following, hindi na and we feel energized.  Ang nakikita ko naman (not sure ha) na effect sa akin ng Usana ay nag-lessen ang aking breakouts.

^ako when i take different usana products pinaghihiwahiwalay ko ang duration ng pag take para mas ma maximize yung absorption.

Tsaka if I take the products let's say for a few months then mag-stop ako, balik sa dati yung katawan and whatever sakit tama ba? Gusto ko kasi i-try kaso parang mejo namamahalan ako.
