I recently joined usana. Im a fan if their essentials, proflavanol c, then now im trying pure rest. I wana try their nutrimeal myself. Has anyone tried nutrimeal before and had diarrhea also?

I wana try nutrimeal personally. And pano siya sundan? Kailangan bang nutrimeal lang ang kinakain mo 3x a day for optimal result? Yun tipong wala nang ibang kakainin pa? I am working out kasi from
Mondays to fridays, kakayanin ko bang nutrimeal lang 3x a day ang inumin? And lastly, pano timplahin ang nutrimeal? Or kelangan talaga i electric blender?

^sis ketchup22 baka nag undergo detox si boyfriend mo. Someone i know frequent urination naman.

Reset program comes in 3 phase: 5day reset program, transform and maintain. Pag 5day reset you will have nutrimeal in your breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can have fruits and veggies for your in between snack. You can google the reset program. Basta good for 5 days siya. During transform phase nutrimeal is breakfast and lunch na lang and low glycemic meal for dinner. Then for maintain phase breakfast na lang ang nutrimeal then low glycemic meal for lunch and dinner.
Depende sa nature ng work mo kasi pag you need more physical activity baka hindi kayanin POV ko lang. Natry ko siya based sa experience ko kaya ko lunch and dinner pero pag dating dinner napapakain ako parating ata period ko those time kaya grabe appetite ko pero si hubby so strict nutrimeal lang talaga.
Just put the powder dun sa blender bottle na kasama then shake. Voila!

Sa mga users ng hepasil, what napansin nyo effect sa nyo?1tablet a day lang ba yun?

Hi Vainmom! 3x a day po ang pag-take ng hepasil. There are times na twice a day ako nagp-poopsie pero hindi sya LBM. Regular bowel movement talaga. I was told na part iyon ng detox process.

Because of the detox process, nakakatulong din sya sa pag-glow ng skin.

When we read the label, may biotin pala ang Hepasil which is responsible for hair growth.

Sisses kindly give feedback naman on Hepasil? Does it whiten your skin? Im thinking kasi of replacing my oral gluta. food supplement din ba ito, meaning safe to take continuously? Thanks!

Hi Yellowminion! Sabi ng resident doctor sa Usana who usually conducts training, if the liver is healthy, it has the full capacity to produce natural glutathione.  Hence, it doesn't need to be bombarded with artificial glutathione like the ones widely advertised and sold in the market because that would do more harm than good to the liver.

Safe for long term use ang lahat ng Usana Products.  If you read the bottle label, may nakalagay na DRHR (drug-registered home remedy).  Eto yung drug classification level which is considered as "safe" according to BFAD.

Prevention is always better than cure. :-)

mga sis, may psoriasis kasi ako. Makakatulong kaya ang essentials to control my flare-ups?  Hindi ko pa nabubuksan yung binili ko sa friend ko kasi madami akong nababasa na mas okay yung ibang variant like yung Hepasil, BiOmega and Proflovanol (?) .. Enlighten me mga sis. Thanks!

Hi Lady Mai! Essentials would help control your flare-ups but it would be better if you combine this with optimizers like the ones you've mentioned (hepasil, biomega, profc, etc.).  Essentials would work for somebody who is generally healthy pero kapag may specific needs tayo like in your case, mas bibilis ang paggaling if we pair essentials with boosters such as these optimizers.

Basta't pag iinom tayo ng optimizers, it is a must that they must be combined with Essentials kasi yun ang pinakabasic.  The formula should always be essentials + optimizers. What if iyong sakit pala is caused by a problem with an organ other than the liver? Pag walang essentials, di nya mat-target yun.

If your friend is a Usana distributor, you can ask her about the booklet of Usana meds prescribed by Dr. Ray Strand. May list of meds requirement for psoriasis.

I'm a member of USANA too pero di na gaano active. Though still now meron pa din regular buyers, kasi sila mismo bumabalik.. Yung isa, she's taking essentials kasi dun nagstop atake ng hika niya. Mom ko may bara sa puso, naclear because of essentials + biomega (fish oil).

Pag nagkamoney na ulit I wanna do the weight loss program. Ginawa ko dati yung initial 5 days nun e, dami kagad nakapansin pumayat ako. Tapos since naregularized appetite, di na ko ganun kadami kumin. Next time I wanna do yung lagpas ng 5 days. Pricey lang kasi e, need extra money pa.

I used nutrimeal on trying to gain weight.  effective naman. gawin mo syang miryenda kasi one drink is considered one full meal. plus never skip having 3 meals a day plus essentials after every meal.  hindi ka lang mag-gain ng weight. you will also feel better.

a ok. me and my wife took coquinone hindi naman kami nagka pimples.  I suggest use essentials plus coquinone mas maraming anti oxidants yun kesa myra and also essentials has coquinone na rin in lower dosage. coquinone is an optimizer lang. essentials is the basic

Ako ang ginagawa ko is parang fourth meal ko sya or mirienda.  if you want to gain weight, never skip breakfast then usana essentials in the morning after breakfast.  Then lunch then mirienda with nutrimeal or pwedeng nutrimeal lang.  dinner then essentials ulit after dinner.  tapos before sleeping mag snack ka pa like bread or yung may carb. i've read somewhere na you burn a lot of calories when you sleep so you should give your body something to burn.  samahan mo na rin ng home exercise like situps, etc. at least that's what works for me.
