hi i'm about to try usana too to get preggy. what prods are you taking? they are recommending biomega, essentials, coq-something....i'm also interested in their skin care... just bought the toner...any feedback about usana skincare prods?

For you to get pregnant, you must take essentials and coquinone. Mas effective kung kayo ng partner mo ang iinom kasi it will enhance your fertility and sperm motility ni hubby. Yung biomega, you can take it pag preggy ka na for first trimester para sa brain development ni baby. sobrang proven na nakakatulong sya sa mag-asawa magkababy.

Their skincare is sooo awesome tooo esp the toner and facial cleanser. sobrang lambot ng skin mo after using. parang pwet lang ng baby

i'll take note of that...still waiting for my order of essentials to arrive....

i started using the sense hydrating toner... the consistency is slightly thicker that shiseido's softeners but without the lagkit... i noticed na parang medyo nag calm down agad skin ko... i'm gonna order the daytime emulsion and night cream next...would this suit combination skins like mine?

has anybody had a bad reaction any of the skin care prods?

^sis crystal goddess, i had hormonal acne and i have been using several facial cleansers and soaps like celeteque, olay regenerist, sulfur soap etc so far when i switched to usana gentle cleanser nakatulong siya magsubside sa acne ko. Grabe talaga pag me acne desperate move ang dami kong tina try. Nabasa ko rin kasi pag ganung case dapat mild/gentle cleanser ang dapat gamitin.

I agree with misslittleCPA. For us, me and my husband took essentials one pair each plus prof c everyday and hepasil every other day. Then, enjoy being together. Wag pressure ang sarili. Then eat well, we love to eat to veggies lalo Na un broccoli and cauliflower. And I ate yogurt everyday.

i've been reading this thread for the past days na from the start and just finished it today  been planning to try din usana. my friend is usana member and she's been asking me for the past years na to try it. i just bought active calcium for my mom and that's it. im not intrested kasi nakulitan lang ako.

and then i've been reading great feedback with their products that's why i wanna try na din. mejo may kamahalan nga lang daw sana maipasok ko s budget.  i'll meet her up later para she can enlighten me with all the products

Sisses kindly give feedback naman on Hepasil? Does it whiten your skin? Im thinking kasi of replacing my oral gluta. food supplement din ba ito, meaning safe to take continuously? Thanks!

Sobrang happy ako sa essentials. Lahat ng vitamins binigay ng doctors sakin hindi effective. Lagi ako nahihilo, maghapon inaantok, nanghihina, masakit katawan ko. Kulang lang daw ako sa vitamins pero walang changes sa vitamins sakin ng doctors. Pero ngaun ok na ok nako since i started taking essentials. Araw araw din ako nagpu-poo and un fart ko odorless na tsk tsk. Grabe dati "silent but deadly" fart ko. Energetic na rin ako.

Its almost a month since i started taking essentials.. Im reaping the benefits pero hindi ko pa rin maramdaman yung iba niyang effects siguro dahil once a day lang ako nagtatake? Gusto ko sana dagdagan ng proflavanol kaya lang namamahalan nako.. Ang hirap imaintain since im on a tight budget

My hubby tried the RESET program, as in he strictly followed the program and did not cheat. He started on a weekend para makapag adjust yung body nya kung papasok na sya sa work. He lost 5.6kg for 5 days only. Right now he's on TRANSFORMation, 2 nutrimeals and 1 low-glycemic meal and still losing some kilos =)

mga sis, may psoriasis kasi ako. Makakatulong kaya ang essentials to control my flare-ups?  Hindi ko pa nabubuksan yung binili ko sa friend ko kasi madami akong nababasa na mas okay yung ibang variant like yung Hepasil, BiOmega and Proflovanol (?) .. Enlighten me mga sis. Thanks!
