yes, ok lang sis.  depende sa preference mo.

sakin kasi nung una ko take ng essentials inaantok ako kaya i take it sa gabi.  pero ngayon parang lumipas na yung stage ko na yun, i take essentials 2x a day na.  di na ko inaantok. :-)

Naubos na Essentials ko.  2 days na ko walang Essentials.  Kanina umaga it took me 4hrs para mag prepare pag pasok sa office.  Parang antok na pagod pa din ang feeling.  Dati kasi kahit 5hrs lang na tulog, pag gising parang umaapaw ang energy.  Within 2hrs tapos na ko prep.  Pasok na agad.

I can truly say super kaduper talaga ang ganda ng Essentials.

I really hope other people will also try it kasi it's really a good product.  Also sana they will look past the price.  Actually I am a member ng Usana.  I offer it at cost lang sa friends ko who are working sa call centers kasi iba talaga ang benefit.  At saka kaya nga tayo nagwwork di ba for our kids/loved ones?  So dapat we're also taking care of our health kasi yun ang puhunan natin sa pagttrabaho eh.  Amen?! hehe...

For those who suffer from acid reflux and gastritis, nutrimeal is a must try. I'm a gerd sufferer for 12 years at ito lang ang nagwork sakin. I'm also taking active calcium aside from essentials, prof c, coquinone. I've read that calcium should be taken seriously if you have reflux because the acids make the bones weaker kaya pagtanda osteoporosis ang bagsak. Calcium also stabilizes the acid content in our stomach. Pero dun sa nutrimeal talaga ko natuwa kasi first time in 12 years nawala yung sour taste in my mouth and throat. Dami ko na natry na meds and health supplements that didn't work anyway kahit umiiwas din ako sa forbidden foods for my condition. I also have biomega, hepasil pero next time ko na itetake para makita ko effectiveness ng bawat isa.

Promise sis effective siya. I used to take vco and green barley for my reflux pero di rin masyado nakakatulong kahit super iwas pa ko sa mga bawal nun. I was really feeling hopeless until a friend introduced usana to me. No regrets na nagpamember ako. magtake ka rin pala sis ng active calcium, need natin yan as gerd sufferers.

sis gaano ka na katagal nagte-take ng essentials?baka kasi effect lang yan...nakalimutan ko na yung tawag dun pero pag tumagal tagal mawawala rin.

dati member ako pero di ko na narenew. ginagawa ko ngayon umoorder ako sa mga kakilala ko na active pa rin sa ngayon.  kinokontak ko sila at itinatanong ko kung kelan autoship nila para maisabay yung order ko.

hubby is a Gold Director in Usana SG... uuwi sya this August, so meron na naman akong magagamit.   Naubos na dati iyong supply nya sa akin na Prof-C.  More than a month na akong walang nagagamit na Prof-C, kaya nag-break out na naman during period.
