naguguluhan ako sa price ng usana.. ano ba talaga nagrarange yung usana essentials? parang gusto ko itry at ang dami ko na supplements na natry pero sobrang stressed pa rin ako

Cost of USANA essentials can range from 2500 to 3350 (as far as I can remember). Dealer price yata is 2500 then selling price is 3350, kaya depende na lang sa seller kung magkano nila ibebenta sa yo sis. I bought mine 2600 pero yung officemate ko me nagbenta sa kanya 3350.

^Sis kapag bibili ka ng Usana Essentials, make sure na 2 bottles ibibigay sa'yo. Yung price na 2500-3350 is for a pair, yung mega-antioxidant and chelated minerals. Yung dad kasi ng friend ko binentahan siya before ng Essentials, P2500 each bottle, so lumalabas 5k per pair. Luging lugi siya.

Pair talaga iyong Essentials. Di mo mabibili sa mismong Usana na 1 bottle lang. Pwede siguro kung maghahanap ka ng kahati. Na sa'yo ang Anti-Ox, tapos sa kanya ang Mineral

Price Range is 2500 to 3200 pesos for the 2 bottles na good for about 3months

guilty ako na Anti-Ox at Prof-C lang ang ginagamit. I don't take the Mineral tabs

^hindi ba twice a day separately yung pag-inom nun? I mean 2x mega antioxidant then 2x din chelated minerals?

Also, ano naman effect sa iyo?

^ Been taking essentials since October and one thing na super ipagmamalaki ko about the product is nacorrect niya yung bowel movement ko

Before kasi, constipated talaga ako, as in. Siguro once or twice a week lang ako nagpopoop. But when I started taking essentials, naging regular na bowel movement ko. Nakakapoop na ako twice to thrice a day and take note, hindi basa yung poop.

Another thing is that naging masarap tulog ko. Yung tipong kahit less than 7 hours tulog ko, maganda pa rin gising ko. Hindi masakit sa ulo.

Sa Proflavanol C naman, yun tinetake ko kapag may sipon ako. Siguro 3-4 tablets per day tapos nawawala na sipon ko. Nawala rin pimples ko when I started taking Prof C

wala naman akong sakit na ginagamot... supplement lang talaga ang dahilan ng paggamit ko ng Usana. Tama na sa akin ang 1 Mega-Anti ox at 1 Prof-C every night.

glowing and radiant skin ang effect sa akin. lumiit din ang skin pores ko at nawala ang eye bug ay darkening sa ilalim ng mata.

wala naman akong issue sa pagtulog, kaya i can't attribute it to that

First 5-days ko, once a day lang (1 anti ox and 1 mineral, masakit na ulo ang effect for the first 2 days), then ginawa ko na twice a day (2 anti ox and 2 minerals). Gusto ko kasi makita difference.

So far for me mas maganda nga na twice a day. Lagi kasi ako pagurin. Ngayon parang sobra ang energy ko. Kaya pag uwi ko bahay after work parang feeling ko ang easy easy ng mga gawain at parang ang dami ko time to play with my daughter. Dati parang natataranta ako agad tapos stressed pa din kasi nga gusto ko pa mag bond with my bebe.

Starting July naman I'll start taking Bio-Mega, i have high cholesterol kasi. After 15 days i'll start Proflavanol-C. Gusto ko kasi one at a time para makita ko effects at para madali i-share sa iba ang experience.

My officemate asked me to try mega anti oxidant, chelated mineral, biomega, and ciquinone. Matagal na to sakin pero now ko lang uli nakita... di ko kasi pinansin dati...

ANo benefits ng mga yan mga sis?

i can't say for sure... wala akong ganun problem kasi
better just try the essentials muna, for a night and observe
ascorbate ang Vit C na content ng Mega anti-ox para di dagdag acid sa tyan... the minerals would also quell the acids

optimum results is 2x a day... pero once a day lang ako nainom
