hmmm..i don't think the analogy with Belo fits. Precisely because it is Belo's products, her own. When Belo sells her own products, or any other businessman for that matter, there is nothing in it other than profit. But in Usana, the doctor is only a member of this bigger organization. So when the doctor sells, there is profit and other privileges he may get from the organization (i dunno maybe retention of membership etc.)

Anyway, I agree and hope that this becomes available to the general public din.

i take usana essentials.  di nawala migraine ko pero tingin ko na lessen naman ang attacks.  naging masarap ang tulog ko. dati kasi nai insomnia ako pero nung nag take ako ng usana essentials nawala yun.

Don't have anything against the products, in fact gusto ko itry ang nutrimeal. Napansin ko lang everytime I go sa Starbucks sa Santana Grove lagi nalang may recruitment session sila. Parang sa mga sofa dun iaayos nila ng parang sala set nila and then dun pag hihintayin yung gusto sumali like 5 people, tas sa kabilang side naman sa mga tables and chairs naman dun sila nag coconduct ng pa isa isa or pa dalawa dalawang group presentation. Grabe talaga nakakahiya. Sama sama nga tingin ng mga staff ng SB dun eh. I know na Usana yun kasi nakita ko may bitbit silang products. Sana naman wag ganun. Okay lang kung lahat sila may binili sa SB kaso wala eh. Haha, nakakainis din para sa mga totoong customers kasi walang maupuan na maayos, sinakop na nilang lahat. May mga kakilala ako na nag USANA din pero sa maayos na lugar na meant talaga sa pag discuss ng product.

Anyway, any feedback sa nutrimeal?

my wife uses nutrimeal for weight loss. her favorite is choco flavor. my wife is still taking nutrimeal. she said she lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. cannot validate this kasi di ko alam weight nya. but she does look slimmer and happier.

i use nutrimeal for weight gain. my fave is strawberry flavor. we both did not like the vanilla. from 115-120 dati i am now at 140 lbs am not taking nutrimeal anymore yung vitamins na lang. I specifically like yung essentials and coquinone.

I agree with you that the product is good. it's just that some of the people who does the business make it look not so good.

favorite talaga nila SB sis, one reason why wala ng upuan kasi gina gawang meeting room ang SB.
Daily yata yung "friend" ko na gustong mag recruit samin ni hubby. We always tell him that we're in a hurry
and no time to listen sa presentation nya. Next time, he would ask... will surely tell him na I am not interested to join.

i agree with you whitebishop, the people who are doing the business has the wrong strategy, i just wanna share USANA products are very effective for me and my family, i have constipation since birth, my mom who is a doctor didn't find any remedy for me, and thank God, Essentials was the only answer to my health dilemmas, i also have allergic rhinitis and migraine, it helped to lessen the attack. Even to my sister, she took Nutrimeal and gradually nag slim down sya, back to her sexy body after giving birth. My cousins tried the product and it helped them to have better sleep. That's why we decided to be a member to get the discounted price. My officemates noticed na di na ko sipunin and i have better immune system (sakitin talaga ako, onting dust or smoke, sakit na) and now user na rin sila. I didn't do hard core selling or presentations or make any kulit sa friends, i am more of sharing it coz personally it helped my weak body. Hope you guys were enlightened, members have different goals so i assume members have different approach

yay!almost two weeks na kong nagtetake ng essentials at infairness napapansin ng colleagues ko yung skin ko. Glowing daw at refined. Nakakatulog na rin ako ng mahimbing di katulad noon na sobrang dali ko lang magising sa konting hehe galing ng usana products.

Simula nang nag take ako nang USANA pansin ko di ako gaanong maganang kumain gaya nang dati tapos parang pumayat ako ayoko nang pumayat pano ba ito gusto ko sya i continue kaya lang ayoko na talagang pumayat pa.

^hi sis just to make sure that your expectations are correct. usana is not a curative drug. it is more of a preventive drug.  preventive because it helps keep your body healthy at cellular level. usana are health supplement products so while it may help in removing gallstones, it cannot replace the medicine that will be prescribed by a doctor. so i suggest take the meds plus usana.

for pregnancy, it may help but not essentials alone, according to clinical studies fish oil helps increase the fertility of women. coqunione helps improve the sperm count of men.  so i suggest take essentials plus biomega for women and essentials and coquinone for men.

for fish oil and coquinone it doesn't have to be usana there are other brands that has fish oil and coquinone in it at a much cheaper price, pero if you can afford, I suggest you try usana products. ^_^

I am taking essentials and nutrimeal for more than 2 weeks now - I am trying to loose some weight.
At first I was planning to try their reset program but unfortunately hindi ko kaya so what I did, once a day nutrimeal and essentials lang, the other 2 meals - in moderation lang talaga.
Ang verdict:  Nagloose ako hindi ko alam kung dahil sa pagtake ko ng essentials and nutrimeal or dahil sa will ko na mag-loose talaga. Nakatulong siguro ang nutrimeal kasi hindi ako nakaka-feel ng gutom pag uminom ako nito. Pang 3rd packs ko na ng nutrimeal ngayon (this time strawberry naman, I like Vanilla and Chocolate more than strawberry).  I'll stop muna after nitong ika-3rd pack ko. Price of nutrimeal is kinda expensive kaya stop muna ko. I'm planning to resume maybe next month or sa May.

I hope someone will be able to answer my question. :s Do I still need to take vitamin C (2000mg) and vitamin E (400mg) separately if I will start taking Essentials and Proflavanol C?

^answer: no need. Proflavanol C already has Vitamin C in it in the form of ascorbate. For Vit E... Essentials already has about 18 antioxidants including D-alpha tocopherol(Vit E).

Yung mom ng friend ko had a cancer stage 2. Gumaling by taking meds + usana producs ( di ko sure kung anong product to). Im planning to try essentials pag uwi ko sa pinas. Pero ayokong magmember hehe.

Hi mga sis on Monday I will start my Reset program with usana im planning to lose weight pero i already started taking the Essentials and Proflavanol. I took both pills this morning and 'I noticed I was reallyyy sleepy. Im not too sure if its because I slept late last night and woke up early. I've spoken to my mentor she said I can take the colored caps in the morning and the white one in the evening kasi may component ang chelated minerals to make u sleepy. So I'll see what it feels like tomorrow. I took the Proflav in the evening. I have hormonal pimples and I don't know whether the essentials will help clear it or make it worse. I hope not. Has anyone of you encountered it? Please do share. Thanks!

 Its funny kasi member ako ng usana pero ngayon lang ako gagamit ng essentials as Ive always been afraid to take multivitamins as they can cause pimples so I heard. But all my family members and friends use the products they're very effective :-)  I hope to hear more success stories!

^i had this case too last year. my doctor gave me that small pill na sobrang pait to correct my iodine count. she actually discouraged me to take essentials dahil may iodine rin ang essentials and she said that it will take months para ma correct yung case ko...  pero secretly uminom pa rin ako ng essentials and in just a little more than a month na correct na yung hypothyroidism ko...
